For all you Piano people and singers For the piano people: He used Keyscape for most of the songs (He used the Yamah C7, C7 Classical, Wing Upright, and Wing tack). And for the beginning of Look at the sky he used Una Corda Pure in Kontakt. For the singers: For the female vocal effect he used Manipulator (Yes, how do I know? Because it has that airy flangery sound that no other formant shifter has, and it also has the same pitch glitch), and IRCAM for the female enhancement vocal. Oh yeah and he used the Human Steam organ on Sweet time, and the Voxious synth for the loud chord vocal synth! You're welcome!
WOAH this sounds soo good! I am still trying to figure out how to make the heavenly vocal atmospheres! I saw that you used a shelter acapella, and routed it to a mixer track; but what effects did you use? Was it a convolver? Was it a blur thingy? WHAT WAS IT??!?! Anyway this sounds awesome
It's actually not an effect, What I did was open the acapella in edison, you can do this by using the shortcut CTRL/CMD + E, and then I pressed CTRL/CMD + B. This will give the acapella the "blurry" sound, you can mess around with the amount and don't forget to drag the edited acapella back into the playlist. Hopes this helps

this is the sweetest production tutorial ever.
I just recently really got into his music and have also been trying to make porter style music. Great Tipps with the atmosphere and sfx👍
