Ride for the slide... Car hit me broadside at 20mph. Skin graft, bolts in my leg and had to learn to walk again...I had full armour and motor cross boots on....
It really frustrates me seeing people wear no gear when on motorbikes, my father was wearing full gear and was an advanced motorcyclist and he was hit off his bike and was killed
She sounds very nice..been on the road for over 6 years...just got rid of a intruder classic...BT the 1960s my favourite design...will be getting one of those mutts..
They are... not bikes for longevity, and usually start to fall to bits after about 10k (my hanway scrambler did), but an absolute experience to ride... not many 125s that will put that much of a smile on your face honestly.
Hell yes, so easy to learn on. If you're looking to buy second hand let me know. Mine is up for grabs in May for around 2300. Not a scratch on her and 1 year remaining on the warranty.
Well, that has just pssed me off, just bought one of these because my Busa kept trying to go sideways in the weather, I said to the guy are they quiet now I just heard that bldy awful noise.
@@nickbursey7684 it helped me identify a problem the bike sound's good love the little thing to death just had to keep things quiet for 5am commute, changed the exhaust can I wouldn't have known about the sound without your video it gave me a chance to order a different can before the bike was ready for collection.

hi Rory, all of their bikes are great 'first timers', but the new Mutt has something special. handling is great for a 125 built to look like old British metal. she sounds much bigger than she is and surprisingly the power is there when you need it. fun to ride, easy to handle and change gears... all-round great first bike
Only dangerous to yourself. If you're not bothered about personal safety, that's fine. As long as you do your best to not crash into others and follow the highway code, you'll be fine.
Glad it's not just me wondering about the lack of safety gear. Yeah...only putting yourself at risk...& potentially unnecessarily traumatising all you know & using NHS funds to fix you. imho.
@Samhunt Well i'm not arguing any of that, you're absolutely right. Even though i rode 2 miles in that gear, it's messed up. You'll see in this video and my others that I never rode in shorts again and now spend TONS of cash on protective gear... "Hi my name is Nick and I am reformed" :P
When you put it that way :D It doesn’t compare to the deep rumble of a bigger bike. Not sure if I’d still be happy with this bike to be honest. Was good for the two years I had it
@@nickbursey7684 125s are a great starter bike and a bike you always remember, people want bigger bikes after passing thier test but riding a big bike slow doesn't have the same feeling as riding a 125 fast, I'm 49yrs and own a CBF 600 but I also own a 125 which I ride more often and still enjoy it, 😁
You have a lot to learn , anyone rider worth their salt will tell you do invest in some proper ridin* gear, it grates me to see riders in shorts & tshirts, trainers etc etc also the whole video you where riding to fast in built up areas
British drivers and riders always comment on safety 🙄 never met a bad British rider or driver , all the other billions of people in the world are fine with T-shirt and shorts 👍
Love how you wear protective gloves and then a t shirt and shorts 😂
just to hot to wear gear when there is +35 outside
David Edwards I'd much rather fall and scrape up my arms and legs than lose the palms of my hands and risk having limited use of them for good...
well your hands are the first thing to hit the ground, so makes sense. Also city riding doesnt really require more than a helmet and gloves
CoffeeMan
Looks like UK so highly unlikely to be anywhere near 35° 😂
ro63rto clearly you know shit about uk weather then as it’s been hotter here than in Greece during last couple of summers 🤫

Otherwise it would have been serious.
It really frustrates me seeing people wear no gear when on motorbikes, my father was wearing full gear and was an advanced motorcyclist and he was hit off his bike and was killed
it's pure luck when you're on a motorbike you could be the best rider in the world its other drivers that cause most fatalities
Strange i got hit at 30 and had no gear on.. fell face first and no injuries what so ever
Ever seen 4 on a bike in Thailand? Shorts and flip flops
maybe a different choices of mirrors to suit the bike
ha yes changed! it was a moment of madness but I'm better now

How was the intruder in the end?
Mate, sod the sound, come off that, you'll be down to the bone in seconds, think about it!.
she sounds amazing !
Sound like a beast !!!! Amazing bro
comparing to brixton for my first bike.. what do you think? thank you
Sorry chaps review is coming soon! @Rory this is the same engine as the HMC Classic but with a bit more soul.
Thanks so much for the info- looks like an amazing bike
A review of the bike would be appreciated, thanks.
Law Productions anything in particular you'd like to see?
Sounds like my 79 Honda cb100! Nice!
could you do a proper review of the bike
T shirt shorts flip flops perfect...give me a sinnis hoodlum any day...
I see what you mean about the mirrors. are they BMW stock mirrors? they look familiar
That Htc phone was the worst in the sunlight
how is the engine on this bike, is it good? what is the maximum speed and liters consumption?
I really like the mutt mongrel, what is the branding of the side mirrors?
Graham Buller they're crap ignore them. went back to the originals which you'll see in the review
Shorts! T shirt! And watching the tank ride around! 🤔
What was the bike like overall? Was gonna get myself a cbr 125 but i want a old school looking bike. Few reviews say they feel cheeply made
They are... not bikes for longevity, and usually start to fall to bits after about 10k (my hanway scrambler did), but an absolute experience to ride... not many 125s that will put that much of a smile on your face honestly.
Can you make a review of your bike?
Vlad Billevich anything in particular you'd like to hear about? I'll try do it this weekend
Is that stock?
is this the EFI version?
Would you recommend this as a good first bike?

How many miles has it got? and where are you based?
GoWILD currently just under 2000km. I'm near Wimbledon
Not too bad, and only about 10ish miles away from me. I'm gonna have a think about it though as I've still got some stuff to sort out thanks
GoWILD no worries I'm not selling till April anyway. I'll give you a shout before I post the ad
Good beginners bike. Dose sound like a beast's pile left in the woods.
what type of exhaust is it please ? the name if it's possible
Chadi Ibnoubar it's custom built. You'll have to check with Mutt Motorcycles
I don't know what to choose a mutt mongrel or a ajs cadwell they both look great
both are awesome 125! which one did you get?
Kristina K ajs cadwell
What exhaust is it?
These sound like this from factory
What's top speed of one of these looking at getting one , if anyone knows
I got her to just over 70mph on the A3 but it takes a while 🤣 gets comfortably to 50
@@nickbursey7684 just picked myself one up haha
How did it hold up over time? Reliable or not worth it?
I actually sold it at 1 year old and upgraded to a Street Twin so dont really know man, sorry!
what kind of exhaust is????
giovanni esposito it's a custom built free flow cone exhaust
is this stock?
It was yep
@@nickbursey7684 nice

Bit confused- is this similiar to the hmc classic 125? (thinking of getting it as a first bike)

I watched your video impression deeply. I wonder if the durability of this bike is good.
I love the look of this bike, but hate the keys on show like that. Riding this in London would attract thieves snatching those at stop lights surely?
Random Person could always attach a wallet chain to them and attach the chain to somewhere on your person or on the bike
Always carry a spare key that you can quickly retrieve therefor you can make a fast getaway and they can keep the keys as a parting gift 🤘
top speed?
It's a 125 - top speed isn't the point.
115 KM/H
short and tee-short on moto??? so dangerous!!!!

This is not the 125 but the 250cc. Just look at the tachometer and the turn lights...
I think i know what my bike is/was :) there is no tach..thats a speedo
