Wow this is powerful! I’ve really suffered with my mental health this year & I’ve noticed how hard it is for others to comprehend that haven’t been where you’ve been, I love dance music! This has nearly brought me to tears & ive a lump in my throat, powerful, powerful stuff!

Losing my mom this past July being her caretaker with chronic illnesses, and trying to help while passing out from P.O.T.S. or blacking out was scary,, so doing the woman things, my dad and brother couldn't and emotional needs she had as my best friend and my experience as a CNA years ago and medical knowledge, I was constantly researching, plus mortuary sciences I learned a lot of medical, and tried as hard as I could, at home from Advanced Parkinsons this really hit me deep at a visceral level. Been depressed and anxiety ridden. She was my best friend. I miss her. ❤❤❤
I lost my mom at fifteen...i really had no choice but to continue with life. I never had the chance to get to become friends with her.
@@mehere337 I am sorry my friend. My heart goes out to you. She lives through you. Did she write at all? Any journals or hobbies? From pictures you can piece together some idea of what she would have been like maybe. Try turning to music or find something that you love doing. It will help you through some of that emptiness or loss. Make a list of what you would say or journal perhaps. Find a special place to retreat to you find safe, and keep a box of things that make you happy. Take them out when you are blue. Hope this helps. Sending you big hugs. 🤗
