His body language at 27:00 and at 33:13 when his hand goes to his heart speaks volumes to me. I can't agree with you. Ever since I heard him on 3 years ago on KCRW his music his on repeat while I work from home. I have seen him twice and tonight I have. the privilege see him again at the Coliseum.
This was the video that got me into fred. The next vid I watched was his boiler room set. These two will always be a time portal for me back to a major transformative time of my life that forever altered my course. In so many ways he carried me through those times. His style is so natural and raw, it's soulful! Thank you Fred!! Forever grateful 🙏 😊
Before fred, id never seen something capture the rollercoaster of emotions that is the modern world. I love the way he appreciates the samples he uses, and feels a deep connection with them. You can see it when he puts his hand to his chest, he flows between the state of the musical performer/composer to the state of a deeply feeling human being with an appreciation for those whose samples he’s used. I love this so much. I feel like I am a part of it with you all. Hang in there.x
It’s amazing- I’ve lots of DJ mates in Glasgow n Edinburgh underground techno/dnb/tek/house and the passion compared to these commercial button pushers. Fred is one of a kind talent n got me through rock bottom. Walking the streets playing on headphones - homeless n hopeless to starting my new life ❤
A lot of these are written in hard parts of his life and the emotion shows when he performs them like this, like a time capsule. I feel like he’s almost a electro version of Adele
On July of 2022 I was doing really bad, trying to deal with a terrible heart break. I stumbled on this set. I listened to it on repeat for days. I used the song to fall asleep. Fred I forever appreciate your genius, you music helped me through some very dark times. Your music shimmers with hope, love, and authenticity. I’m wishing everyone the best life, much love guys.
Hey I hope you're in a better place and survivin easier these days. Fred is doing the exact same thing for me right now. And if there's anything he's taught me, it's that we'll be okay :')
I discovered Fred Again today. I love to dance, but I’ve never been a night owl, so I dance around the house or join an ecstatic dance session during the day. (I am a boomer)

Every once in a while the universe produces a talent that stands head and shoulders above everything else that is currently around some may say has ever been around. I feel Fred is one of those.
I don’t expect anybody will ever read this but this man is going to change the whole industry. Generational Talent. You’re so much into the field, you really embody what music is all about. From your skills on the mk3, to the finesse of your pads, or the pure sound of your voice. Doesn’t matter if I listen to your released tracks on a daily basis or watch this kind of videos in my bed. The emotions your listeners experience, no other artist has been able to convey that to me yet. Hands down one of the most down to earth geniuses we will ever witness. Love you for what you do Brother ❤️❤️❤️. You will have a bright future….
I just learned of you from your Tiny Desk Concert this week. I don't listen to music like this usually, but the marimbas caught my eye, and when I read the description, I was really curious what you are about. I'm sharing it with my music students. It's hauntingly beautiful, not something I think of when I think of electronic music. Thank you for opening my mind!

ANY IDEA WHERE WE CAN FIND THIS POEM INTRO TO SABRINA?!?!?
The fact that something this beautiful exists, capturing the raw moments of the world, sculpting them into an emotional and tangible song, makes me so excited to be alive.
It's describe it like reverse-nostalgia, it makes me excited for the future.
GREAT COMMENT! I feel the same way 🥲
Absolutely agreed
I’m crying on Sabrina’s part this music is good for the soul

@@elskanebuleux2778 you mean “Marea (we’ve lost dancing)”?
21:52 - my man starts geeking at his own work - hits right in the feels. Whatta groove.
Absolute best but of the set 💯 of many 👍🏻
Dudes a legend and i was geeking around the same time listening to set such an epic part
Can't believe I never knew about Fred Again. I had heard somgs here and there but have recently discovered what an amazingly talented artist you are. Holy shit. This mix spoke to me, mental health, love, loss, anger, happiness. Goosebumps the whole time. Better late than never. Thank you
I just love reading all these comments 🙂.. I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling this man and his music so deeply.. Words can't express how much.. Thank you Fred.. Again 💜
If you have a soul you feel this music, its deeply profound
I can't agree with you. Ever since I heard him on 3 years ago on KCRW his music his on repeat while I work from home. I have seen him twice and tonight I have. the privilege see him again at the Coliseum.
The transition from Chanel to Sabrina is top notch, the feels. So real.
Best part
Sabrina is my tune of the the year. I play it on repeat it real hits hard on the feels.
I don’t think people understand how talented this man is, i loved Brian Eno but his prodigy is even greater
Moderat - A New Error (Fred again . . Edit) - I'm like WOOOWWWWZAAA
Release this please!
Never could agree more to comment!
Ummmm Frank Ocean with Moderat?! this shit is bazingaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
24:25
Ufffffffffff
Walking the streets playing on headphones - homeless n hopeless to starting my new life ❤
He’s unbelievable ❤❤
Agreed @MrCharlie066
A lot of these are written in hard parts of his life and the emotion shows when he performs them like this, like a time capsule. I feel like he’s almost a electro version of Adele
@@Borderlinebanter4.0I hope you are doing well in life and you are now happy ❤ if not keep trying it’s coming
It took 53yrs to find a piece of music that truly represents my life…thank you friend Fred I now have my funeral song ❤
You’re a sikunt Fred…don’t stop till you stop 😘❤️
38 minutes that encapsulate the very essence of the power and emotion that can be created by a musical genius. 38 minutes of goosebumps. 38 minutes of being on the verge of tears. 38 minutes of not wanting to ever leave this zone. Fred, you are a true master of your craft.
its a masterpiece
You're the artist of the year for me Fred.. I'm glad I found you!! Refreshing and I can dream without being asleep, keep sharing your love, we love you too. Peace brother
This isn't actually humanly possible, say what you want I don't care. This is something that has to be protected at all costs, what a blessing.
He can paint his music in your head ❤
I come back to this to enjoy from time 2 time.
after 1 month of listening to this set on a daily routine (2-3 times daily), I have to say this is one of the greatest sets ever!!! every time I feel something new. this is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s my daily therapy 😅
I downloaded and is my daily routine too, with also spotify hahah
Crazy that it took you one month to realize that but I totally agree with you!
Fred, thank You. I'm crying. Years ago I had to watch my father going thru major depression and anxiety. He died. Then bad didn't stop happening, and finally, I had to fight depression and anxiety. It's a sinkhole, and not every time u see the exit. And then, I find You and Your music. The moment at 25:30... it's huge, i see now that maybe "I have lost dancing" but thanks to You, I found it again. Love.
Best experience I've had lately
ahhh that means a lot
so true
The way this music just hits... Deep in my soul. Makes me thankful, happy, sad and hopeful.
This man is such a talent and this is the best album Ive listened to in years. A star is born.
The drop into I am a party! The best thing I’ve ever heard, cheers Fred
tears running down my face i found something......i found something to make me whole again... and to understand what the power of sound meant to me all over again. thank you for this. you truely are a hidden gem.... a hole in the wall.... a rare occurence of something like this happening again in my lifetime. you truly are great. i love you fred thank you
I need this so much right now
8:15 - 12:21 INCREDIBLE!
13:50 is when my heart began to melt
Going though a hard time I started crying
This is like a therapy 🥲🤍
At 14:00 is that an actual song Or just mashed up? Would love to know if there’s an actual song
@@paolofruncillo5361 I guess Jessie(I miss you) + Don't Judge Me - FKA twigs?
That fact that the bro just chugs back a guiness at 20:48 and just jams out to his vibe with the most brilliant glide gets me wild.
Thanks Fred for brining back Nostalgia
when you've listened to the album a thousand times it's incredible to see this set which feels like the beta version of it, and hear the lyrics that were originaly beetween and after "we've lost dancing", "I am a party" etc... it gives me goosebumps !
Male..40 years …lessons learned …Strong cause of how Life goes …and now? Crying cause of the beauty of this wonderful emotions u built . Thx Mr. Fred!

So powerful. - I am with you - and I built five gyms - this type of music can drive millions of souls to better places - All the best - you are not alone -
Fred is on a different level bro it's kind of mad. Few few guys out there who can mix genres and feelings like this so seamlessly and deeply.
YES you are so right
It feels like a new genre
I love this so much you have no fucking idea
lets be friendzzzz!!!!!!!
Sick af
Yup. Soooooo good
I have an idea, it’s probably similar to mine 😎
I feel this fully Paul. Generational Talent is the best way to put it ❤
Great comment. So true.
Real
Couldn't have said it better Paul. This man is something else. I think he might be Burial's son.
Well said. - and I'm with you too. Pure joy and love. Authenticity - Vulnerability - Artistry.
PROTECT THIS MAN AT ALL COST 🥺🙏
I just learned of you from your Tiny Desk Concert this week. I don't listen to music like this usually, but the marimbas caught my eye, and when I read the description, I was really curious what you are about. I'm sharing it with my music students. It's hauntingly beautiful, not something I think of when I think of electronic music. Thank you for opening my mind!
Seeing this 3 years later, Fred is truly amazing. You create some masterpieces that will live on forever !
How is a man capable of producing so much actual greatness. More life Fred ❤️
25:30-30:00 make me cry but can't stop repeating this part again and again
fucking heavy
You’ll be alright 😊
Once in a generation kind of talent. Super blessed to be alive in the time of Fred Again 😊🙌🏼
Love the Moderat Part in this omg!
There’s layers to this that go far and beyond what we even see. The people he met, the people that inspired him and the moments almost forgotten. Life, waves and flows. Again, Fred
