I am very glad we have gotten an update, glad it's coming, and am excited for the cypher. That being said I remain adamant that this should've been handled better. Wanting to have something more concrete to show us is fine, but an explanation of the late verse combined with the editor travelling so much could've been shared on the kickstarter half a year ago. Instead we got dead silence. I say this as someone who uses Kickstarter as part of his profession, doing something like that is a great way to not get repeat customers. I'm sure this comes off angry because it's a youtube comment, but it isn't. I'm mostly just trying to say that if this isn't the "last dance" so to speak, if there's another cypher kickstarter in the future, the people who helped make it happen deserve to be kept in the loop as to the current state of the project.

Doing this update as a Nintendo direct was brilliant. Roger’s base killed it and you guys delivered a great skit but also very informative and clear about expectations and progress. People are so quick to hate on something when it goes wrong it’s crazy. Luckily for me this cypher getting delayed doesn’t affect my life the way it seems to affect others. When it drops I’ll be ready… cuz there ain’t another team that can do a cypher any better. ❤
