The printer must be plugged into the power outlet, and if you want to use it wired, you must use a USB type B on the printer side, and whatever your computer takes on the other. Usually, USB type A (the flat kind) or USB type C (the new oval kind). Our printers do NOT receive power via USB.
after the 150 sec pop up it auto goes back to register printer screen searching but wifi on printer is on and full still wont connect to phone same with computer waste of my money

I keep an "out of paper" error even though there is paper or a "paper jam" error. Idk how to fix it
