Thanks for the comment, it does produce a good finished product which is better than sticking a label on the DVD plus there is less waste and cost because you don't have to buy the labels.
yeah it does but you need to be careful about the way you select it. they have just brought an update out (May 2013) so now the copies count works correctly.
I[ve just bought a canon mg6360 and have never printed cd dvd lables before. I am having a terrible time trying to work out how to print on them without a template I want to have a clear cover to print song titles and add a couple of pics.. but not having success getting something I can print on. Any suggestions? It can't be this hard surely!!
Thank you for providing a how-to with the software provided (I am still looking for a good Windows solution). Before this, I was printing via dragging my artwork onto a memory stick and plugging that into the printer because the included software bundle is sadly rubbish and doesn't even provide a "blank template" - which is bad considering it forces you to use a template of some kind. The steps are only slightly different on the hardware end with the MG6300 and it works like a charm (I'm using Verbatim BD-R DL discs, which cost a pretty penny in themselves and so I wasn't going to flub up the print job - which I must say is quite amazing).
mikeycbd Would you be so kind as to add a link? I could not find a Windows version of "Disc Cover" on the Belight site, however I'm using a trial of "Acoustica CD Label Maker" at the moment and it seems to cover the full spectrum of disc/case art.
hi! I need some help I've got a canon mg7150 the mac recognise as mg7100 series 2 not a problem so far. tried to download the original software only had an option for scanning. I bout this as everyone was loving it. now I've got a problem as I can't select to print direct to a disc. Informations I did set it to printable disc, changed element for dvd or cd or anything, the tray type comes up fine automatically; also media and quality comes up automatically, but in the media type I haven't got option for printable disc or anything near by. have anyone heard about this issue before? PLEASE HELP

I figured out the problem. For disc burning the printer needs to be connected directly via USB. All other printing can be done wirelessly.
Cannot thank you enough...you just made it so easy to follow!
Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for the comment :-)
