It still wont work. I think it might be computer damage but I need confirmation. My laptop was low battery and shut down and upon reopening my cursor was not there. I've watched many videos including this and nothing has worked. My laptop has a history of damage and has a large crack on the bottom left corner including 4 others running on the screen. It also has case damage and will shut down after being on for about 40 minutes to an hour due to overheating. That is why I suspect its computer damage but I'm not sure.
