Recipe:
3 cups of rice, soak for one day
1 cup of cooked rice
1 can of coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 cup water
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 batch green onion

Hello oun. Possibly make too much water. Also make sure not turn it until it's brown. Did you add steam rice, which should help to hardened. Also you can cover it up too while cooking.
