How do you get a E-Hybrid model to start with the ICE? I thought it always starts in electric mode unless it is out of charge.

You can force the car to start by changing it to the Sport Plus mode before starting.

How did you rev it so High? It usually stops at 2k rpm..

First put it in Drive, than in to Neutral.
Than you can rev it a bit higher.
