  • While not everyone has the luxury, it’s ideal to engage in end-of-life planning before it becomes a necessity. You’re never too young, too vibrant, or too healthy to discuss your wishes and put them in writing.
In this program, led by Death Doula Bre Clark, you’ll participate in exercises to support engaging in or adjusting your Advanced Care planning. Bre will guide you through determining what matters to you most by reflecting on what you enjoy and value most about LIFE-a task easier said than done! Additionally, you will learn about the two key components of an Advance Directive, a legal document that allows you to plan and express your own end-of-life wishes.
Too often, we shy away from the complex emotions that end-of-life planning can evoke. Instead of confronting those ‘worst-case scenarios’ head-on, let’s embark on a thoughtful exploration of your priorities, goals, beliefs, and desires for LIVING. By the end of this session, you’ll feel empowered to clearly articulate what truly and authentically matters to you and to complete or revise your end-of-life planning.
