- Google My Business Google plus page suspension appeal. Specifically my account was suspended because of duplicate Google plus page and also because special characters in business name.
I think the best way to get reinstated is by using------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ is by using 69datageek.
I sent several apeals but still didn't fix the issue, only 69datageek on instagram came to my aid to sort it out after contacting him. I'm glad I'm rocking my account without issues again.
My Google business account is "suspended" while I was posting an event.. I used :) this character and ;) this one. Could that be the reason of suspension?
Thank you for your video. I have a small, local locksmith company in Denver, CO and I am going through the same problem, actually maybe even worse lol. I was in google maps for a few years now with a good positions, than at some point my positions in google maps and organic slowly started going down ( I didn't have an SEO company working on my site at the moment), so hired a new SEO company to improve my rankings. They told me to change my address ( it was just like yours, old and I wasn't exist there any longer), so I did that. Than for some stupid reason SEO company have created another "my business page/google plus page" and thats when my nightmare began. Because of that move Googe has suspended me, sending exact same letter for "spammy behavior". SEO company deleted that new google plus page/account that they created, started resubmitting to google over and over again, they said they even talked to Google several times on the phone, but still they won't reinstate the page ! SEO company suggesting now changing the name for Google my business page, changing the phone number, email and possible address again.
Wanted to ask you if u have any suggestions on that, its very similar to what you had, but perhaps a bit different. It is so frustrating when I hired supposedly professionals to make it better and instead I got my business to the point of no existents . Anything you can recommend, ideas? Anything helps. Thank you
+Vlad Shults After deleting suspended listing I did try to re-register with old address, but it would not even allow to complete submission and flag red immediately.
When i was creating new listing, I created new email account, but I still used the same phone number just different address and slightly different business name ( no dash just numbers). There were already several businesses listed under same address just with other suite #.
My other business (different category) got suspended for possible spam. I requested a phone call and next day a guy from google called and told me he can reinstate listing if i email him proof of business existence at that location, showing name and address basically (business license). He emailed me and I just attached docs and listing got reinstated.
When you log in to your business dashboard on very bottom middle of the screen there is help and you can request a phone call. Instead of just blindly sending reinstatement request I would first try to talk to someone from google my business and listed what they have to suggest. You probably better off to do it yourself rather than your "seo pros", so you know what is going on what to do for your next step. Reps from google are pretty helpful if you are legit and not trying to spoof or fake your business.
