    We are demonstrating how to install the modular Risers and OG Billet Gauge(s) Pod(s) onto your Harley Davidson.
    Our modular Risers are a revolutionary product that we've designed with three sections, providing riders with the option to choose between a pull-back or straight riser, as well as three various rise heights. These Risers also feature inner grooves that are drilled from the clamping region down into the risers, with control wires hidden inside utilizing integrated CNC machined aluminum tiny covers for a cleaner installation.
    These Risers are compatible with any standard 1 1/8" handlebar (most MX Style bars), and can come with a shims set that can be used to run your favorite 1" handlebar.
    The OG Billet Gauge(s) Pod(s) is another product that we have created, which allows you to relocate your stock gauge(s) setup onto our Billet Risers setup. This product features a fully adjustable angle design that allows you to put your gauge(s) exactly where you want to see them.
    The modular kit can be mounted to the front or the rear of our Risers, with the front mount option including a 1'' Risers Accessories Extension Arms. Additional Extension Arms can be purchased separately for the perfect placement, and these come with front and back Gauge(s) seals and real Carbon Fiber Backing.
    To make things even more convenient, this kit includes everything you need to mount onto our Risers. However, if you need to mount accessories in the front and in the back of your Risers, you'll need to buy our OG Riser Dual Accessories Clamp.
    Overall, we are thrilled to share our motorcycle parts with you, and we hope this video has been informative on how to install them onto your motorcycle. Thanks for watching, and don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more awesome motorcycle content!

    Thanks for the video! Question: Is the gauge relocation kit required or can you use the stock gauge and mount?

    • @originalgaragemoto
      @originalgaragemoto  Месяц назад

      If your Gauge is mounted directly on the top clamp (Like the 2022's) you'll need the Gauge Pod to do the install.

    I have a low rider S 2023 and I bought the brake and clutch cable, the turn signal and throttle cables and in your video I did not see that you put any of that and I only raised it 6.5 inches and you raised it more how could you do it without changing any of that

    • @originalgaragemoto
      @originalgaragemoto  Год назад +3

      It's tight, but there was enough slack in the wiring to do the job. We usually don't change cables for a 6.5'' Risers on these Low Rider.

  • @roquezometa2868
    @roquezometa2868 Год назад +1

    Originally it's 4.5 inches and you did it higher up and I've seen your video many times to understand how you did it and I still don't know and I did it and I had to buy a lot of things because otherwise it's not possible to do that job

    • @originalgaragemoto

    Did you not have to get longer brake lines and clutch cables?

    • @TomGlander
      @TomGlander Год назад +8

      6.5 inch risers do not require longer cables. Clutch, brake, wires, everything will work as is. Going taller than 6.5 means lots of extra changes, clutch, brake, wires... the works. So if you're planning on doing as little work as possible and save some coin, use 6.5 inch risers.

    • @originalgaragemoto
      @originalgaragemoto  Год назад +5

      On this particular installation, on a low rider s, the extensions are not mendatory for the 6.5'' pull back risers.

    What’s the torque spec for the rider bolt in the bottom?

    • @originalgaragemoto
      @originalgaragemoto  7 дней назад

      Torque the riser’s bolt (1/2”-13) to: 30 ft-lbs. This torque can be adjusted to rider’s preferences.
      If you are using polyurethane bushing, the more torque you apply, the stiffer the risers will be.
      Here's the installation guide: cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1799/2027/files/OG_Risers_Installation-1.0.pdf?v=1694454626

    Did you just bend the brake cable? Straighten both the top and bottom??

    • @originalgaragemoto
      @originalgaragemoto  11 месяцев назад +2

      It's pretty tight with the stock cable but can be worked in, only with the 6.5'' risers. Else, a cable extension is mandatory. I would still suggest extensions if you don't want to hassle around with the brake one.

  • @omarbrunson1529

    Did you need to extend clutch cable?

    • @TomGlander
      @TomGlander Год назад +2

      Clutch cable does NOT need to be extended with 6.5 inch risers. I've done this myself and speak from experience.

    • @originalgaragemoto

      On this particular installation, on a low rider s, the extensions are not mandatory.

      For the 6.5" risers it can fit but it's tight. We've done the installation without changing any cables. And no we don't sell the extensions, but you can grab them at Guerilla Cables.
