    Dr. George C. Fraser, born in Brooklyn, NY, is a Cleveland-based author, entrepreneur, and speaker focusing on improving networking skills, building wealth, businesses, and DEI. In 2011, Fraser was inducted into the Minority Business Hall of Fame and Museum. He has been awarded over 350 awards and citations from around the world, including three honorary doctorates, a chaplaincy, and an ambassadorship.
    He has put on the popular PowerNetworking Conference for the past 24 years. He was selected by Forbes Magazine in 2015 as one of "The Top 5 Conferences Not to be Missed by Entrepreneurs.".     The Community Business Briefing is a weekly Zoom webcast that streams live on Facebook. The Community Briefing was inspired by Crystal Mitchell, President of Mitchell Business Solutions and Co-Director of Recycling Black Dollars, in April 2020 in response to the coronavirus pandemic's economic impact on our minority businesses.
    Our community is what powers this platform. Powered and Sponsored by Recycling Black Dollars, the Black Business Association, Southern California Edison, and Sempre Energy.
    Our goal is to provide small and minority businesses in our region with the most relevant information on various relief programs and initiatives.
