I love binge watching your videos. I get a lot from your videos. I love printed cardstock, and you make it easier to figure out how I can use it to make multiple cards. Thanks so much...
I love the way you use a whole collection. I actually watched this and collected ideas on how to use up my scraps. I decided that I am not starting the new year with scraps. Some of these have been with me for 7 years or more. I want to try having scraps have a deadline of being used by the end of the calendar year they were created in. Used, not just randomly die cut so those random die cuts linger for years.
Thank you so much! It's nice using up the entire paper pad so I don't have to think about leftover scraps. Good luck to you on using up the scraps you have been collecting over the years. 🙂
@@KristieMarcotte I have made over 20 cards and have not made a dent in my random pieces. I am DEFINITELY following your example and making multiples. I have also started adding layers of scrap cardstock behind things to even out the pieces.
Finally someone just like me: I love, love, love the smell of coffee (my parents always drank coffee in the morning and I was sniffing my way out of bed to get to the breakfast table), but I can't stand the taste. You can ruin any cake or biscuit for me by putting coffee into it. That doesn't mean that I don't like to create coffee-themed cards. But I also fell for the tea die set and made lots of "coffee + tea" cards for my coffee drinking friends to represent our friendship. Great idea to use the lemon for the bag!
I live in Western Washington where there is at least one coffee shop on every corner and I can't stand the taste. Lol! My husband loves coffee though. He'll brew a little extra, put it in a mug and set it on my desk so I can enjoy the smell.😊
This is a great collection. I was not able to find any in stores or online, but I did discover Simple Stories website and they have this collection in a digital kit. I did wind up buying it and will use some of the designs you showed here to make cards.
It was lovely watching these cards come to life, Kristie. The colors in this collection work so well together. Even though there aren't a lot of actual lemon pictures, there is a lot of lemon yellow, so for me it works. There's only so much you can do with a lemon. ;) The whole vibe of this collection makes me think of old fashioned lemonade in the summertime. :) Thanks for all your hard work and for working through your little mishap. Happens to the best of us! Appreciate all you do!
Such a bright and cheerful collection 😊 I like the tea cup card the best as I love teas! My friends and I go to them and enjoy them so much. Sorry about your finger I hate when those things happen, lol. TFS
Thank you! I couldn't use my usual set up for the pictures since the background paper for most of the cards is about the same color as what I use for my pictures. Lol!
Great set of cards. I have been prepping by die cutting some stuff to use with this same paper collection. I had to wait to receive it from ACOT because it was on backorder. Then in the meantime I bought the 6 X 8 pad from Peachy Cheap. So I have a ton of thks paper and ephemera to use to make cards. I love the colors in this collection too. I love your tea cup and bag card the best! But all are beautiful cards...as usual Kristie!
So sorry about your finger😩 Awhile back I had a run-in with a craft knife, and the knife won. I’ve also burned myself on my heat gun and sliced my finger open on my trimmer blade. I felt your pain. You don’t realize how tender it is til you try crafting with it. Hope you’re all healed up. The cards are absolutely adorable. ❤️
Thank you. I survived. Lol! But my finger was super tender while I was recording the rest of the video. Ouch about your injuries. Who knew paper crafting was so hazardous. 😂
I LOVE this paper collection! I'm so excited to see your video. I'm looking forward to the next free shipping from Love From Lizi. I'll have a large order. I too wish there were more lemons. Beautiful cards as always, Kristie.
Beautiful cards!! I really like the colors of this collection, too. I’m sorry your scissors bit you! Maybe they were jealous of the little pink ones making an appearance? At any rate, I’m happy you survived! 😉
I love the colors in this collection and how you combined them with the perfect shades of solid color card stock. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your ideas and the hours it took to make, film and edit this video. I'm looking forward to your Halloween cards this year, too.
Wonderful!!! Love the coordinating nail polish!!! 💚💚💚💐💐💐. I like it when you peel off the backing on those LFL dots, hearts, & stars. It looks so much easier to get individual pieces off the backing release paper. Sorry to see you got cut by your sharp scissors!!! Take care!!!
Thank you so much!🥰 Removing the back sheet from the shaped peel offs does make it much easier. I don't know why I don't always do it. Lol! Don't worry, my finger is all healed. It didn't really slow me down though. 😂
Beautiful papers! I too like to keep my cards flat for mailing but run into trouble with envelopes. I use the same paper and A2 size as you do for your cardbases. The A2 envelopes that I've found at the store don't fit these cards very well. Could you please let me know what kind of envelopes you use? I couldn't find them in your supply list. Really like the shorter format like this where you only show the making of 1 card, but still finish off the paper pad. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cards!
Thank you so much! 😊 I purchase my A2 size envelopes in bulk from Heinrich online. I buy a full case of 1000 envelopes. I do have them linked on my blog under my favorite craft supplies.

Great job matching your nails to that gorgeous teal. Your cards are lovely and your work inspiring.
This paper is soooo GORGEOUS!! I love your cards. They are so cheerful.
Amazing cards. The zig zag one reminds me of Charlie Brown from Peanuts. 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️
Love this paper. Wonderful cards. I really like that you donate your cards and that's inspired me to find a place to donate mine. TY
What a pretty collection, and quite a deviation from your usual papers....beautiful cards.
I love all your videos. When life doesn't give you enough lemons..... :)
Thank you! 😊 I'm glad the ephemera pack included some lemons. Lol! It's still a beautiful collection. 🍋
You turned that beautiful paper into amazing cards. Thank you for sharing 🤗😊
Such pretty colors! I'm really looking forward to all your 6x6 pad videos!!!
What a great paper collection. Love the colors.
Nice to know I'm in such good company! I, too, love the smell of coffee but hate the taste! I'm a tea fiend!
What a lovely paper pad. I think the title of the collection refers to the colour scheme as well as actual lemons. Love the cards!
I think you are correct. I still would have liked to see more lemons. Lol! But it's a beautiful paper collection.
Love all of these. Got really excited when you said you have several 6x6 paper pads you will be making more video's with. Just love your style.
Thank you so much! I have at least eight 6x6 paper pads I want to use this year. Fall, Halloween and Christmas. I'll be starting one this week.
Absolutely beautiful cards ❤️

Beautiful cards. Love the color combo
Hi there lovely cards Kristine
You never cease to amaze with your beautiful cards!!! Thank you for sharing your talents!
It's amazing how color combinations can make papers turn out so gorgeous! Kristie there isn't a video that I'm not in awe of your card designs!
Aw, thank you so much! 🥰

Fabulous cards Kristie 😻 I love the pattern papers, the ephemera and your card designs ❤ thanks for sharing your creativity Hugs xx
I would have expected more lemons as well. That being said, the colors in that collection are just stunning together!
Gorgeous paper…gorgeous card set!
Love this collection. Very beautiful cards. ❤️

Thank you so much! I love tea as long as it's not black tea. Lol! I have not had luck with scissors this year. Doesn't slow me down though.😂
Loved your collection
...and love your new background for your photos...

I just bought the collection and love your cards. New subscriber Joyce
You’re so talented. I’m obsessed with this paper, so nice to see your card creations with it!
Awesome cards👍🏻

I love watching you create. You help build my confidence when blending patterns! Thank you!
Fabulous cards! You did a great job with all of these! I cannot wait to be able to sit down and make more cards with this collection.
Such beautiful cards, I love this collection the color combination is so summery☀️
I love this collection! The colors, everything 😍

Thank you! 💗 I have not had good luck with scissors this year. Not good when you're a paper crafter. 😂

Stunning cards! I love this paper collection. You’ve given me lots of inspiration for my own card making with this set!

oh I have been waiting for this one i bought this same paper and I love seeing how you put them together.
Yes, been waiting for this. I have the paper pack and one of the ephemera packs.
Beautiful papers! I too like to keep my cards flat for mailing but run into trouble with envelopes. I use the same paper and A2 size as you do for your cardbases. Maybe the “Lemon” more relates to the feature colour rather than the fruit?
I believe you may be correct. It's a beautiful collection.
Now I’m curious what is the brand of your scissors. 😅
They aren't anything fancy. Scotch brand titanium scissors.
Maybe the lemon in the title refers to lemon color as opposed lemons the fruit….
I believe you are correct. I was hoping for more lemons on the pattern papers. It's still a beautiful collection though.
