Guy you have to do a deep dive on Marcus King. He’s the next guitar god but he’s so much more than a shredder. He was yelling a lot here but he can really really sing and can write with the best of them.
That guitar was his Grandfathers. He passed it down to his son and his father passed it to him on his 18th birthday prior to playing a gig in NYC

Back in 2021, I saw the Marcus King Band opening for Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats. That was an amazing show. If you get the chance to see either of them live, in person, don't pass it up!
I got to see Marcus as the warmup act for Umphrey's McGee a few years ago. Amazing show. Had never heard of him before, but UM is known for bringing new talent on tour with them....

I have loved Marcus King and Billy Strings for a few years now and I hate to be hear Marcus talk about his depression 😢 i really love him and his song "wildflowers and wine" and the story behind it!!!!! And Billy Strings is right up there with Marcus, they get together to play sometimes! BUT As for Billy Strings please react to "DUST IN A BAGGIE"

Marcus King is the real deal....as impressive as this song/performance is there are several others that are better IMHO.
