Grinder Suggestions:
The grinder I'm using in the video is the Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro, www.fiorenzato.com/en/pro-lin...
Brilliant grinder, not easy to get hold of in the UK, but if you want one, drop me a message, I'll hook you up with someone who can supply it.
Other suggestions, really any fast & high quality espresso grinder, such as Eureka Zenith, Atom or Helios, Mythos One, Mahlkonig E65S or E80.

Current Gear:
Quick note. I'm including all of this info because when I was starting out, I found it really difficult to figure out what gear to use, so I'm hoping if there's anyone looking to set up for RUclips, this might help. If you need more help just email me, kev at coffeeblog.co.uk - if I don't know the answer I'll ask the professionals.
I'm listing the current setup first that the pros are using, and then my original more budget setup.

Great video as always, Kev. Thanks.
Quick question - what are the glasses you use?
Ta.
Thanks Robert 😎. The Glasses are the Duralex ones, amzn.to/45wQlr7
@@Coffee_Kev thanks for the reply. 👏🏼👏🏼
Do you find difficult to watch the shot while focusing on the screen?
Not really, you can see everything you need to see from looking at the screen, and as you're looking down at the screen you can see the espresso flowing into the cup, and the scales if you're using them. Ta, Kev.
This would never work in an office. You'd be lucky if someone put beans in the grinder. You'd also be cleaning out the last user's puck and the steam wand would be caked in dry milk before lunchtime.
I get what you're saying, but the same is true of bean to cup, if no one loads the hopper it'll run out of beans, the milk side of things needs to be kept clean whether it's a wand or a one touch carafe, someone needs to empty the internal waste drawer, etc.
@@Coffee_Kev That's exactly my point. My experience is with a bean to cup and just emptying the grounds bin is enough for 95% of the office to reach fire the Gold Blend, until one of the other 5% does it.
