Si querés darle energía a tu vida tenés que escuchar esta banda tengo 40 minutos de viake en bus y de verdad este tema me alegra el día aunque esté nublado.- Gracias por la música!!
In the VHS of 'Like You Do' that compiled all the Seeds' videos, Ian said to their manager after they toured Jollification that he always wanted to do a video with girls in it. And so this video was born out of that wish...it is supposed to be ironic rather than derogatory as such (you can actually tell by the smirk on Ian's face when the girls are pining up to him!)..... :)
Nice to hear the lightening seeds, musically I liked them,I thought the keyboard player was a nice woman too, much love Angie ✌️❤️🇬🇧, the music still sounds good 👍
Always loved this, when Ian and the band just give up and abandon *their own video* because it's out of control, with all the cheesy 60s excesses. Like he's saying that while he admires and loves some things about the Sixties, that doesn't mean he buys into all of it. Still one of my favourite ever LS songs.
When did music loose its soul and talent? The 60s, 70s, 80, and 90s the best decades for music! Now its souless talentless manufactured crap! And the only way its sells today is fronting it with tarts flashing what they had for breakfast!
❤2023❤

Yes, but it was retro even back then, a kind of pastiche of the sixties.
