I'm very surprised that with a house this beautiful and spacious there is no fireplace!
Chance toured this house. Yes, I really like this house. Other than opting out of the upstairs & the built in seating area in the hallway near the secondary bedrooms I wouldn't change anything about this house, I would build a wall dividing/separating the formal living room from the entrance into the master ensuite & that's about it. Oh, by the way I call it a toilet as well....

This is the first one that will really work for us. Only things I would change are glass top stove to gas, no microwave above stove, need an upright freezer in laundry room. Other than that, big covered deck on back, finish upstairs, add a carport, move in. Nice one Timothy. Thank you.
I love the fact that this house doesn't have the open concept and that it has a seperate living area. I love tje soft close cabinets but not crazy about the wire shelves in the closets.

The layout of this home is absolutely incredible.
WOW, the layout in this Master Bathroom is spectacular!!! I like the walk-through closet, and the Owner's Suite is very nice and spacious as well. I could definitely see creating a comfortable "Sitting/Reading/Entertainment Area" in that corner of OS. While the kitchen didn't have a pantry, it was nice anyway. Nice and spacious floor plan in this home.
This home is IMMACULATE!! The layout is so beautiful..I would change the carpet out,the kitchen island to a bigger one,and maybe a walk in pantry...
I really like the layout of this home, one of my favorites, with the exception of no outlet for a freezer in utility room plus I would not have a sink in the island. I would imagine these things could be taken care of. Thank you for the tour, I enjoyed it!
I call it the toilet. To me the commode is what you place beside a patient's bed when they can't go to the regular bathroom for medical reasons. Of course I'm a very old nurse.
I like the way this home is laid out.
I would move the microwave to the middle of the full wall floor to ceiling of cabinets.
A microwave over a stove is actually dangerous. You could spill hot dish on you or burn your self on the stove trying to reach the microwave.
Everything else is ok.

Great living room actually feels like a real living room and has walls so furniture can be placed doesn't feel like a hotel room with a seating area open wide toa kitchen dining space. Feels like a home.

wow, this is a perfect house! No open concept, they are so messy looking, not a fan of that. Love having the floor plan so I can bounce back and forth from the house to the plan, enables me to dream more! :) This actually does have an original floor plan, I've viewed tons of mobiles, never seen this plan! Great Vid!

Kitchen and dining locations need to be switched.
Laundry (6:59) needs to be reconfigured so it uses all of its space better. Would have a built in drainboard for the laundry sink to reduce mess and increase usefulness. I am always repotting plants and washing the dog and handwashing laundry. These activities would be helped immensely by a drainboard to contain mess.
As always I'd add a stackable washer/dryer to the master closet. Would love to see floor drains in under washing machines as standard. Love it's access to the backyard. Could easily add a pantry beyond laundry and have nearby detached garage.
Would reorient masterbath so that toilet could be in its own enclosed area.
Would have furnace and water heater under house with stairway access.
The whole house...... WOW.

I only need a one story ireally like the old fashioned really home design of the livingroom and dining room in this home. All unfinished attics look alike.
Love love love this home. I’d finish the upstairs for a studio and bedrooms but it is a great size without the upstairs.

Nice job showing this home. I loved the master bathroom. The two toilets ( yes toilets) would be great. Flaws to me were no pantry, no area to lead to basement or crawl space and no patio door for exit to an additional deck on back. Glad to see Jen and your choice of clothing for baby coming from hospital. Lol

My daughter has a house with a layout like this and the kids use the second living space for a playroom!

Love this home!! I’m not a fan of the open concept homes, this one does a very nice job of designating the rooms. Love the big windows and the master suite!
I would still like to see a more formal dining room.

One big thing I hate is the heated AC vents on the floor. The cabinets in the kitchen need the auto close cabinets and draws. Kids and people have more clothes and shoes now. Closets need to be bigger. Does the central air and heat the attic? I’d turn it into two bedrooms and a full bath.
This is a great layout with good flow. Really like the seperation of function spaces but it doesn't feel like anything is just squirreled away from the overall life of the house. The arched doorways remind me of some 50's interior styles and kind of ground the house historically but with contemporary upgrades.
The two bathrooms in master are referred to as his and her baths.

I love this house. I just saw Chance's tour and then yours popped right up so I watched it too haha. Could do with a fireplace and maybe a garage but otherwise it's perfect. Oh and I call them Turdlets lol

Hey Tim, This Home is STUNNING right down to the Details, the only thing I would change is to upgrade the closets including the shelving for more built-ins etc. This one is a KEEPER - tammy/tim
One thing with the secondary bathrooms that have the space or that separate the tub/shower from the sink(s) I wish that the tub/shower would be put alone in that separate space or room not with the toilet that way gives the gather more room to dry and dress and makes more since if a person is in the bath/shower then if someone needed to use the toilet it can be done at same time without interfering with one another's privacy makes alot more since.
I would have the commode in a segregated place with a door. I call it the commode room.
I love this home! Love the family room and I agree, that upstairs is so huge it would make a great apartment to rent out. Love everything about this home, although I’m not sure why there’s a need for a sitting area in the master bedroom. Oh, and the microwave over the stove wouldn’t work for me. I’m 4’6” and wouldn’t be able to reach it!

My mom always called them commodes but we also had this fancy little shelf with doors she called a commode. I tend to say toilet, Jon, Pot or throne.
I think those little closets with the toilets in them should be called The Throne Room.
Nice! Beautiful home! Upstairs could be two more large bedrooms. Just need a fireplace in the living room. Love the colors and layout. Wouldn't charge much...just finished off upstairs and add that fireplace. A wood burning fireplace. Love it!
I wish they could build in California! Such a beautiful home! I'd have the 2 bedrooms combined into one and another room or two upstairs, along with an office. Absolutely gorgeous!
Now that is a master bedroom. Would have preferred 1 bathroom and put washer and dryer in the closet

The house is really very nice. I like that it feels open yet it has designated spaces. The master bed and bath take up a lot of space that could have made the living room larger. Love the den on the other end of the house.

Beautiful beautiful home. Incredible layout and finishes and flows beautifully. Kitchen is perfect. Love the generous windows. Not sure if I like all the arches. One might be nice. They start to look like ship doorways - especially with the fisheye lense. The secondary rooms and bathrooms are as nice as many masters. Lovely! The master is huge and the bathroom is crazy!

Use tgatas my main Den/TV room so can be more relaxed and all my animals bein there and keep the living room nice neat clean and fur free for guests.
love the curved entery ways in the kitchen the sink in the island is not needed,the bench would look better in the mud room,the upstairs like you said put the enterance out side turn it into an apartment,sweet

I love the master closet, but I always wonder if closets off the bathroom have moisture issues.
🤔A water closet is when the toilet is in its own room and a door for privacy within the bathroom itself...what you are referring to is a "linen" closet.👍🏻
The only thing great about this home is the utility room and the size of the master bedroom🤷♀️
A toilet is NOT a commode. It is a toilet. A commode is a chair with a chamber pot hidden under the lift-off seat or an 18th century ornamented chest of drawers.
I would rather have a basement for this one instead of attic 😄
