+Riz2336 Not any more, this has the new roms so you don't get massive points any more but 18 ramp shots gives you an extra ball so get 18 and then go for the death star!
HI, it does have LED's in the inserts (under the playfield) but I prefer incandescent bulbs in the general illumination. Apart from the Pinsound board its as it came out of the factory.
On PC look up vpin mame. Then you need to search for the rom for the 92 Data East Star Wars pinball table. It takes a bit of setting up but it does work. Other than that, I’m not aware of it on any other digital game.
I have star wars and would love the new sounds... but... if I get the board... does it have all the sounds you have on this demo game? Or do I have to learn the software and plug in all the samples of all the sounds I want? In other words, does the game come pre loaded with the sounds? Thanks for sharing
When you buy the board it comes with a memory stick with the original sounds that you have now as they cant legally give you anything different. You then go to their forum and there are different mixes you can download and install (these have been created by the public so it doesn't affect them legally) or you can download their software and make your own.
I got this pinball at home (and the addams family one), and if i can give you an advice, I don't think that you get the proper way to play. Spamming the ramp is risky, boring and doesn't bring you a lotta points. If you want to play well and make points, go to "The Force", "Come to the dark side" and in the Death Star and you will way more appreciate the game, and get millions - i did 498 Millions and broke the France Record-. I disagree. I hit the ramps till it said 99 ramps for 99 mil (sadly it drained before I could see if it resets) but I got 876 mil by doing that. As you get more ramps (like 50-46) you get another 50 million and so on. so if anything that's the best way to go about it from my experience

The original music and Sound fx for this table were TERRIBLE. I couldn't stand to play this table because of the shitty sounds

Is this the Pinsound Plus or Neo board? Do you know the difference?
If the F sound card wasn't so expensive...
Seems like the best way to get a high score is just focus on shooting the ramp in the middle of the playfield.

+Riz2336 There is not much point shooting the ramp score wise any more but after 18 shots it lights extra ball so you can stop shooting it after that!
The sound quality is really good compared to the original that's for sure. Duel of Fates is a tad odd, but it's a good star wars song so I like it.

I've had the same pinball as him for 20 years, original soundboard. After hearing those sounds for 20 years it seems less annoying when I watch this

i guess you replace the old board with the pinsound board? both do not need to be in the machine?
That's correct, the old board is removed.
