You're supposed to slowly release the curl to keep the heat. Do not pull it initially that's why it lost its shape. But I don't think this tool is better than a babybliss! That's what stylists use!
TBH I wasn't that impressed once you had finished. I've see your hair look much better using less complicated tools. But hey, that's the point of these trials right!? You're still great 😁

ok just got off conference all. I bought this about a month ago and I am in love! The smoothing comb and 5 heat settings are fantastic and like you said it never pulls. I have been watching your videos and love all your reviews!
Hy Julissa. I really like all the videos you are posting lately. You are giving me great ideas for Christmas 🎄. I like the tool,but I am not impressed. You have show us other tools that work better and are cheaper. I feel the curls are very lose. So for my taste i prefer tight curls. I know I already ask you but can you please do a video on the Automatic Split End Trimmer. I will love to see if this tool works and if is worth it. Call me crazy but the only person that I trust on youtube when it comes to hair tools is you. Great video as always keep up the good job God bless you always.

I love your videos But honestly I feel like the tool left your hair puffy and a bit Freezy. I have seen you get better curls with other hair tools. Thank you for putting up this educational videos because they help us to find out which tools might work better for our hair texture💕

Loving Vlogmas!!! Definitely is a break from all the Christmas shopping!!! Loving the content!!! This hair tool looks a little cheapy. I definitely prefer the chi spin n curl!!! Great video!!
