I think this may be deliberate. A few of these videos have unintelligible speaking. Trying to lull people in to stay longer.
The way they move and speak reminds me of The Sims characters, or maybe Invasion of the Body Snatchers. There’s this overwhelming uncanny valley effect where my mind knows this is supposed to be natural human activity, but it feels like I’m watching a simulation, or an imitation of it.

I work as a dealer too and things get really tiring sometimes. Most of these people are working at all times even nights, we’re used to people saying nasty names in the chats and how much they lost their money. We try our best to do our service and percieve a decent persona even on the worst days

@@MsWearer most of them are foreign/non english speaking and might not sound understandable when they talk due to a heavy accent or shyness for not knowing proper english. Even the mics are sometimes the problem

How to "never" loose...
Bet $5 on red.... if you win, then you get an extra $5 ... if you loose, then bet $10 next time ... if you win then you cover your $5 loss, bet $5 next time. If you loose, then bet $20 next time... win cover loss, win, bet $5 next. Etc.

find calm I have done a couple of tests and I am either an INFJ or INFP depending on the test... so I’m not really sure! I think you have an excellent command over the English language, that was the question I was going to ask actually 😂 I thought you might have a parent whose mother tongue was English or something as you sound as if you are fluent :)

It's part of a strict list of scripted phrases. I worked in an over the phone casino for over seven years, and we were absolutely not allowed to give anything that sounded like an off-script personal opinion, because players can use that a a claim that you were coaxing their bets. So imagine saying the exact same things thousands of times. In my case, over 200 calls a day, over 300 days a year, having to repeat some phrases at least five times a call, I said the same thing over 300,000 times a year. You damn well better bet I saw sluring that shit at hyper speed.
