DIY Capacitive Stylus for Touchscreen Devices | Made Using Elastomeric Connector| LAB

In this video You can learn how Resistive and Capacitive touchscreens work.
Detailed explanation is shown about the parts of a capacitive stylus pen.
Rules for making stylus is explained.
I have explained everything in a simple way so that it is easy to understand.
Build:
I have used elastomeric connector from a broken multimeter.
Using the connector I have explained how to make the tip of the stylus.
A metal body pen is used and the connector is attached to the pen tip with a wire.
During the build I made a mistake in connecting the elastomeric connector. The mistake is explained in detail, which shows the arrangement of carbon layers in the strip, thus explaining elastomeric connector.
After finishing the build, the Stylus is tested. It is seen that the responding of the stylus with the touchscreen is perfect.

can it be done using ribbon cable (connector strip of an old phone screen) that work on lcd screens , I can't seem to find this elastomeric connector

I will need to watch more closely tonight. Skipping through now. Music gets annoying as it is repetitive, if not distracting. At first glance, I am like why not just glue aluminum over an eraser. If I can then put clear packing tape on top, I then could make many for cheap, which is necessary since the people who need such a tool will loose a pointer a day. Not yo mention, each device needs a different pointer form factor.
