Yeah, for cards that I have one copy and need another it can be somewhat fixed by creating a binder with them titled "Need" or "Trade please" or something. But for cards that you have none of, it is incredibly useless. It would be at least somewhat better if you could put a selection of, say, five cards to offer and request a specific card in return, and then the other persona gets to choose what they want in exchange for the card you need.
this trade system is SO terrible. not only is there 3 roadblock with trading (trade tokens, trade stamina AND not being able to trade highest level cards) but ON TOP OF THAT you cant even REQUEST WHAT CARDS YOU NEED OR SEE WHAT THEY NEED?!? I don't know how you mess up trading in a franchise that's had simple, easy and intuitive trading mechanics SINCE 1998
@@zavisulan Yep, it's just a feelsbad system in general for the consumer. It's simply designed to be as bad as possible without losing millions of players. The line is a fine one.
This is a colossal level screw up, why such a strict demand to trade in a trading card game. The game had such a massive launch and this might potentially ruin the hype around it for those who were looking forward to trading
It's not like they needed to be so greedy with this. Plus, they will still be making money with the new packs and people still trying to pull crowns if they are premium/paying players. This whole trade system is so flawed and absolutely trash. I lost all excitement for this almost immediately, which sucks.
Its crazy that you gotta burn 4 exes to trade a single one, meaning the other person also needs to burn 4 exes, and not the one you are looking for. Either remove trade tokens and increase cooldown based on the tier of the card or make it that a single ex is enough to trade an ex imo.
The first version of the GTS in Pokémon games was introduced in 2006, if google serves me correctly. 19 years later, we need to use Reddit or Discord to make trades possible, because they can't put a simple "offering x, looking for y" into this smh Nvm the crazy economy behind the trade tokens
Literally. And also the only difference between me looking at the art on the website and someone having them collected on this app is, I guess a sense of accomplishment. I just don’t see the point
Because when a company makes over 30 or $40 million in a couple months, if not more they’re going to design more systems to make more money not less unfortunately. They aren’t going to design a system that makes them less money, unfortunately
I did that just now. Also added I'd like there to be dark mode, get rid of the dust thing we have tons of and don't use, and hoping we can organise binders/collections as we wish. ... I can always dream 😞
They should fine tune the Trade system so it's like Home's trade system. Granted this can give trolls the ability to troll like on Home but atleast you can put in which cards you want for what you're offering and the other player can choose ro accept or decline. It takes away the need for other platform like Discord and such. It would make the trade system more streamlined
Honestly, I think if implemented correctly it would work. The problem with the GTS is the game doesn't prevent you from asking for things that are impossible to fulfill. I think Pocket can easily do that because you can only trade cards of the same rarity. Say I put a Golem up for trade, the game then prompts me to select the card I am looking for from the list of 3 cards. I choose the card and wait. If I put a 1* card up I choose from the 1* card list. And so on. Home has no safeguards in place to say "Hey, Furfrou is literally unobtainable, you cannot ask for that." nor anything to say "Hey, Kyogre cannot appear at level 5. Ask for something else." I think Pocket could easily implement those protections. Simple search for people offering the card you want. And the ability to only ask for things that can be traded. I don't think it would be that hard to do.
9:30 By their wording on the updates I don't think trading will be available for the newer expansion at release. I might be wrong, but that's the feeling I've got.
SOOOO many missing features! How am I supposed to know what to trade someone/which cards they are missing? They need to implement a feature where I can see which cards someone else needs- like being able to view their pokedex. Or even a feature where I can request cards (like clash royale trade feature)
The entire trade system, which was most f2p players saving grace for getting those evasive cards, appears to be predicated on convincing you to pull out your wallet...this is not...'s not good.
12:25 actually no, burner accounts are valid. you just pull and reroll until you get a card you need (that can be traded) and burn everything else for points, then when your main eventually gets enough tokens to trade, you trade, then reset the account and repeat. so its not spammable but it beats TWO people having to grind and find each other. not null and void, still plausible, just not easily so.
I get why they had to make a system to limit how many trades per day you did and a limiter on rarer cards would stop weird problems like "buying" cards to trade with people online, but I think it's too convoluted for a mechanic that literally makes up the name of the game. We don't need ANOTHER system to burn cards for, ANOTHER currency to stockpile, AND another stamina meter. Just the stamina meter where you use more stamina to trade higher rarity cards would've been so much simpler and make way more sense considering how stamina works in other areas.
From a F2P perspective: I hate this. I only have enough spare EX cards to unlock one EX trade, but then I wouldn't have any cards to trade. I literally can't imagine a worse system
Pokemon games already have a wonder trade feature. I got several version exclusives that way. They could have done the exact same thing, with its own hourglass and rarity match, and i dont think there would be such outrage.
@@DZK312 This would never happen ofc because it would cut into their $1mil a day numbers, but when the word trading gets brought up, and a single limitation is added to it, it's done. Nothing should be off limits just like a physical card irl. The difference here is, you don't own these cards. People are out here spending paychecks on packs to never own a thing they're buying lol. The whole thing is a joke actually. If you have possession of something that you don't want, but you can't give it away to someone that needs it, do you really own it?
As far the the thumbnail goes..... It doesn't kinda suck, it definitely sucks!! My tin foil hat theory is, they want to make trading so damn unobtainable to f2p players, they are almost trying to force them to spend the money to buy packs instead
Can’t even believe how terrible this system and game as a whole is. The inly thing keeping me here is the free packs and it seems like that’s all they’re relying on
@@SSJRaikou Not anytime soon based on the downloads and money it's making. Imo, I don't think people will drop the game en masse just because they don't like the trading mechanism. If players make enough of an uproar about it, or maybe if they see no one using it, DeNA and Nintendo might redesign it. In the meantime, as much as it sucks, I'll put my trading plans on hold and just rip packs. I still enjoy the rest of the game. Review bombing is still an option, too...
Correction the new sets aren't added to trading straight away so when they say more cards will be added in the future that's likely what they mean not 2 star and up. Also it means trading is useless for getting 1/2 diamond cards from the new set since the whole will be blocked from trading for who knows how long. I get wanting to prevent people from just endlessly making accounts but they've made it way to expensive and why can't you trade promos? That's infuriating for people who've missed a promo they need for a deck and hoped to get it through trading.
Literally need one EX to finish Genetic Apex; wound up trading in enough to do that trade and then not looking back for a loooooong time. Now I just need someone with a spare Starmie EX to actually do the trade…. EDIT: Love the support, unfortunately right before I checked this I did get an offer that’s gonna work out! I appreciate y’all though, thank you so much!!
11:50 NO you should absolutely not be burning EXs. If you burn your extras what do you even have left to trade with? The only way this becomes not complete garbage is a consistent source of tokens that ISN'T deleting your spare cards. Like if battles grant tokens for example. The only people who can afford to trash spare cards are whales, but they probably don't need 1☆ and below, they're huning 3☆ and crowns which we can't trade anyway.
I think the TCG Pocket trade system could benefit from revamping it to be more like the GTS from Pokemon Home and older Pokemon games. It would allow you to trade with more than just friends for sure.
Like if they just had a system where you could look at someone's cards and make an offer on a specific card, it would make the system so much better. Like I'm missing the colorless Aerodactyl card, yet if I want it, I have to hope someone offers it to me. At that rate I'd rather just gamble with wonder picks or just hope for a pull from a card pack.
I figured the rant would happen within the first 5mins of the video, so you did good bro! You're 100% correct when you said that we did NOT need 2 more currensies in this game just to trade... In a TRADING card game hahaha! Btw, keep up the great work, brotha! Love your content! You always make the topic very simple and easy to comprehend as well 🤘😎🤘
I'm very disappointed promos can't be traded. I missed one of the first cards in the Lapras ex promo set but got an extra Lapras ex, and my buddy got all of everything and just couldn't hit the Lapras ex for the life of him. We both knew trading was coming, so we just agreed we'd trade the extras we had to each other so we didn't have to grind so hard. This is... just unfortunate, really. Some people really don't care if the rarities are different; we just want to trade the cards we want for the cards we want to trade for.
I’m sure they’re playing it super safe to attempt to avoid any kind of hacking or glitching because you know it’ll be the end of the world if someone hacks themselves a full deck this system sucks because you basically have to know the person who you’re trading with to get what you want but hope it gets better
Jus to put this into perspective, I have been playing since launch, opening my packs almost every day, including premium pass packs. I've also spent a little on gold, less than $100. If I turned all my dupes into trade tokens, including 1 stars, I would BARELY have enough to trade for the cards I'm still missing for set completion. It's not a good system at all.
My kids were excited to trade with each other... nope. They were bummed. I tried to explain it to them and that they have to destroy cards... and they were like but then we don't have cards to trade... yeah, exactly. Even kids can see this system is ridiculous.
Ah, TCG Pocket. It is, technically, an app that functions. Not well, or satisfactorily, but it does turn on. And you can do a pale shadow of the thing it was made to do. So, ya know.
I guess this silly trade method increases the value of those wonder pick events. I remember in the Zapdos Ex one I kept getting 3 diamond Magnetons. At the time I was annoyed (was trying to get something else), but it ended up helping here
My issue with this system is that its at odds with an already existing system. You gotta butn cards for the little battle animations. For those that become really attached to certain cards, those animations add a lot of value to the over all experience. But now we need to balance whether to keep cards for potential trades or burn them for the cool animation. I'm not a fan of games that have systems that are odds with each other. Hopefully trading gets overhauled.
I was excited to play this game with some friends. We've played it since day one mostly, and god, it's just gotten worse and worse. The trade system should've been card for card rarity and maybe a stamina currency, and that's it. It should've been free completely in my mind. It's a nightmare to find people to trade with when you can't communicate inside the app. I'm done with the game. It's trash. You open to few packs daily that are far to small and the only light at the end of the tunnel is battle and of course, the one thing that remained truly simple is to simple and boring af. Here's 3 meta decks, let's see who's lucky on the draw, lol.
currently it really is terrible, since it doesn't stop people from selling cards. My idea was if they let you trade in cards you have a bunch of to buy the cards you want (kinda like how you can use the points from packs to get cards) it could of even used current currency (pack points) say give you like half* of the "points" a card cost to buy, even if they let me scrap common/uncommon for points in the current way then I could get rid of cards I don't need (I had like 30+ of some common cards) (*half is probably the most they would of done, most likely it would of only been 10% of the card cost example for a common it's 35 points so they'd probably only give 3-4 points if they did it that way)
Heya, thanks for reviewing the trade feature Austin! I've been hoarding cards for some friends and was hoping that it was just a cooldown thing but this........yea this system is not it lol. A friend had just started playing so I can only imagine what they'll think about the token mumbo-jumbo too. Hopefully they'll change it or make it...well, not as tedious.
The update said you’ll also get trade tokens from event missions. Hopefully there’s a good amount there, since burning cards for tokens leaves you with no cards left to trade.
Also something to keep in mind, these trade tokens will also be given as a reward during events. Depending on how much, that could actually be the main source of trade tokens and this burning of cards could be more of a passive way to to get tokens as you play and collect. Pace out properly, it would help the longevity of the game and incentives doing the events. Of course, it is only day 1 of the trade tokens, we haven't had an event yet so we'll see.
The 2-star and 3-star cards being equal in value for trade tokens makes plenty of sense because the odds of pulling a 2-star or a 3-star is the same. There are just more options in the 2-star category so each individual card is more rare than then single 3-star immersive card, but the categories are equal in rarity
The token requirements are pretty high and I think they don't really make sense. I was looking forward to trade with my brother in law, but we quickly discovered it wasn't fun. I get that the system is like this to prevent people from exploiting trading but I don't have too many extras of the high value cards. Maybe also allow us to trade the 1-2 diamond cards for tokens to make it easier
It is a card collecting and battling game at this point. Makes sense now why they launched a TRADING card game without trading now. This would have turned off a lot of people had it been known about or available at launch.
F2P here. It sucks. I do not have enough 3+ cards to exchange for the currency. I only just managed to get enough to trade my sister for a regular a** Beedrill so I could get my immersive mew. This is the worst trade system they could have implemented for F2P.
The thing that I hate the most about this whole thing is that it seems near impossible to trade with anyone you don't have direct contact with outside of Pocket itself. What this feature needed is something similar to the GTS from the DS Pokemon games where you can request a card to anyone and send the card you are willing to trade for it as long as both were of the same rarity. For example, I am currently missing a 4 diamond Celebi ex to finish off all of the normal cards for Mythical Forest. What I do have is 5 copies of 4 diamond Moltres ex that I don't really need. I wish I could set up an offer on a "trading board" where I would trade one of my Moltres for that Celebi that I need. I'd go in and set the "wanted" request and "trading" owned card and pay the cost of the trading tokens right then and there. The Moltres card and the trading tokens would then be removed from my account and sent to the trading board for other people to look at. If someone accepts the trade, then the trade goes through as normal and as a source of goodwill, the person giving the Celebi gets 3 Shop tickets as thanks. If no one accepts the trade within a week, then the given card, Moltres in this example, will be returned to me along with the trading tokens that were given up.
Absolutely terrible feature. This could genuinely tank player engagement. All they needed to do to stop people making alt accounts and sock puppeting their way to a full set was put a level limit on trading. There. I've just fixed the trade feature guys. If you'd had to wait for level 30 to trade 4x diamonds, 40 to trade 1 star, 50 for 2 stars and 60 for 3 stars and crowns then everyone would have just said "fair enough" and looked forward to levelling to a point where they can fill their collections. And people making alt accounts would have to grind so many levels that they wouldn't bother. You're gatekeeping the alts and throwaways while rewarding people who have stayed engaged. Almost like it's a good idea or something. Now, however, we're left with a half-baked trade system and loads of people who have a load of dupicate high rarity cards they don't care about. And who even still cares about 4x diamonds or 1 star full arts? A F2P account with average luck will have already filled these, let alone a paid player.
If you're free to play they don't want "player engagement" or for you to complete your binders... They want to make the experience frustrating so that you cave in and put money down.
I sad pokemon pocket dropped the ball and disappointed so many people. Austin John plays is epic! I think he will go 2:00 mins in but so grateful for your content!
As someone who used to play hearthstone I don't see it that complicated. Is basically like crafting a card and you are sacrificing other duplicates or cards you no longer use to get better ones. The Stamina is just an extra step.
It would be great if there was like a public bounty. For example placing bounty for a missing EX/Art and set your price for one of your duplicate EX/Art cards.
need auction house. to be able to list the card you wanna trade and the card you want and who ever has and wants can acceot it. these trade points can apply too or only apply to rarer cards
I would hold off on burning cards for points. They may adjust the values to be less terrible. I will wait to see if trading rares will become more affordable
The system actually doesn't feel too convoluted to me - but both players having to give up 5 cards of a rarity, in exchange for 1 - is just a crazy exchange rate for f2p. At least for me and my family I'm just saying we'll only trade 1 and 2 diamond cards until we find out more info on how many tokens are going to be gainable without destroying good cards.
6:55 Thank you for this, I thought I only had to build up 300 shop tokens at a time to eventually get those. Will we be getting a new channel in the Discord for card trading?

I thought Austin wouldn’t last that long to rant. I thought it would be 2 Minutes. I ranted as soon as it came out. I love burning 5 of the cards that someone wanted
I don't mind the new stamina, though the trade tokens requirement makes no sense. I could understand if it were worldwide like the GTS, but it's only among friends. Even then, it requires you to burn a lot of cards to get to the rarity you want to trade for. Not to mention, there is just no way of suggesting a trade. So unless you are trading with a friend you know IRL, then it's basically impossible to communicate with the people on your friend list
I just wish they started with wonder (surprise) trading with wonder hourglasses. Trade a card for a random card of the same rarity from a stranger. The higher rarity requires more wonder points like wonder picks do. Would keep the whimsy and fun of random trading and eventually getting new cards of any rarity you need.
what I think would be good is if you could put out public trade "requests" like "I am looking for *this* card, my offer offer is *this* card" cause none of my irl friends play this so I don't have a way to communicate with anyone I trade with
you shouldn't have to burn cards just to trade them

this trade system is SO terrible. not only is there 3 roadblock with trading (trade tokens, trade stamina AND not being able to trade highest level cards) but ON TOP OF THAT you cant even REQUEST WHAT CARDS YOU NEED OR SEE WHAT THEY NEED?!?
I don't know how you mess up trading in a franchise that's had simple, easy and intuitive trading mechanics SINCE 1998
...89?
No see, they didn't mess it up. The system is designed to be as unusable as possible for F2P and whales alike. To get all players to open packs.
@@zavisulan Yep, it's just a feelsbad system in general for the consumer. It's simply designed to be as bad as possible without losing millions of players. The line is a fine one.
My guy i dont thinj Pokemon was even conceived in 1989
This is a colossal level screw up, why such a strict demand to trade in a trading card game.
Oh boy, Austin thinks we're gonna be able to trade Space-Time SmackDown at set release. He is gonna be so disappointed.
The first version of the GTS in Pokémon games was introduced in 2006, if google serves me correctly. 19 years later, we need to use Reddit or Discord to make trades possible, because they can't put a simple "offering x, looking for y" into this smh
Nvm the crazy economy behind the trade tokens
I miss the GTS so much it was wonderful
Why is this game genuinely trying to be as horrible and user-aggressive as
Literally. And also the only difference between me looking at the art on the website and someone having them collected on this app is, I guess a sense of accomplishment. I just don’t see the point
@@Wurmze dam never thought of it that way 😂
Because when a company makes over 30 or $40 million in a couple months, if not more they’re going to design more systems to make more money not less unfortunately. They aren’t going to design a system that makes them less money, unfortunately
@@Wurmze could you not say that about any digital card game then? FIFA Ultimate Team for example?
To not create grey markets
Call to arms to update app reviews to 1 star stating trading needs to be fixed
I think it has been said that Space-time smack down at least won't be available to trade day one
THIS. The announcement said select cards from Genetic Apex and Mythical Island will be available for the time being.
Yea i came to say that as well. New sets can't be traded on day one cause we know they need their money
Austin: “I have 7 charizard EX”
Me: “ I only have one from wonderpick after opening 3 charizard packs every day since Christmas..”
The token requirements are too much.
Also, the new set will not be tradeable when it comes out.
So basically u can trade your cards for trade coins so you can trade that trade coins and more cards for another cards
So trading is really bad
So we pay to trade L
From a F2P perspective:
I hate this. I only have enough spare EX cards to unlock one EX trade, but then I wouldn't have any cards to trade. I literally can't imagine a worse system
Pokemon games already have a wonder trade feature. I got several version exclusives that way. They could have done the exact same thing, with its own hourglass and rarity match, and i dont think there would be such outrage.
why would anyone ever spend their limited stamina trading cards they dont need for cards they dont need?? No. random trades in tcg is just awful.
The inly thing keeping me here is the free packs and it seems like that’s all they’re relying on
Same tbh, not to mention not giving us enough premium missions to buy everything in the shop
@@SSJRaikouFinally, I found someone else with the same problem! I'm two tickets short of the Charizard playmat and it's been that way for weeks...
@@Tenlaven this game will probably die tbh, like op said only thing keeping people in rn are the free packs.
@Tenlaven You probably missed a mission, I got everything and have exactly 0 coins left
Man. The lighting in your studio is perfect.
@@BPTK162 if you want a Starmie Ex I can trade you one
I got you if you still need, or if you want another
One correction: we will not be able to trade the new set coming out. We will only be able to trade Genetic Apex and Mythical Island.
Insanity
I’ve never clicked a notification faster
*EDIT:*Austin isn’t going to last 2 minutes before ranting about how convoluted trading is
So that was the notice from a few days ago about accounts getting banned
NGL, I busted out laughing at “and that’s where I’m going to end this sentence” 😂😂😂
Love Austin… but the correct video is Austin looking dead ass into the camera and saying “you don’t”…”wait for tokens in events”
The editing Austin talking about or to recording Austin is always enteraining
11:50 NO you should absolutely not be burning EXs. If you burn your extras what do you even have left to trade with?
The only way this becomes not complete garbage is a consistent source of tokens that ISN'T deleting your spare cards. Like if battles grant tokens for example.
The only people who can afford to trash spare cards are whales, but they probably don't need 1☆ and below, they're huning 3☆ and crowns which we can't trade anyway.
Your energy is bomb, keep pushing!
9:34 famous last word LOL, you in fact cannot trade cards from the new set sadge '(
I think the TCG Pocket trade system could benefit from revamping it to be more like the GTS from Pokemon Home and older Pokemon games. It would allow you to trade with more than just friends for sure.
Like if they just had a system where you could look at someone's cards and make an offer on a specific card, it would make the system so much better. Like I'm missing the colorless Aerodactyl card, yet if I want it, I have to hope someone offers it to me. At that rate I'd rather just gamble with wonder picks or just hope for a pull from a card pack.
the trading system is so sad hopefully they change it so it's actually usable
I figured the rant would happen within the first 5mins of the video, so you did good bro! You're 100% correct when you said that we did NOT need 2 more currensies in this game just to trade... In a TRADING card game hahaha! Btw, keep up the great work, brotha! Love your content! You always make the topic very simple and easy to comprehend as well 🤘😎🤘
9:55 If only, alas you won't be able trade space-time smackdown yet.😢
I didn't comment a time but honestly surprised it took that long for the rant. Figured it was going to be way sooner.
Only comment with a valid point in this whole section
Trust me, Austin: the free to play people HATE this system.
currently it really is terrible, since it doesn't stop people from selling cards. My idea was if they let you trade in cards you have a bunch of to buy the cards you want (kinda like how you can use the points from packs to get cards) it could of even used current currency (pack points) say give you like half* of the "points" a card cost to buy, even if they let me scrap common/uncommon for points in the current way then I could get rid of cards I don't need (I had like 30+ of some common cards)
(*half is probably the most they would of done, most likely it would of only been 10% of the card cost example for a common it's 35 points so they'd probably only give 3-4 points if they did it that way)
For something literally called a "Trading Card Game," they royally screwed up the trade feature
Wrong. As F2P I HATE this! Too expensive to trade 3 diamond cards or Ex, you gotta burn so many other cards, card that I could use idk for TRADING??
The update said you’ll also get trade tokens from event missions. Hopefully there’s a good amount there, since burning cards for tokens leaves you with no cards left to trade.
Also something to keep in mind, these trade tokens will also be given as a reward during events. Depending on how much, that could actually be the main source of trade tokens and this burning of cards could be more of a passive way to to get tokens as you play and collect.
Pace out properly, it would help the longevity of the game and incentives doing the events. Of course, it is only day 1 of the trade tokens, we haven't had an event yet so we'll see.
"Promo cards cannot be traded" - then what's the point of having duplicates of them?
13:00 I'm sure from the everyone perspective, we pretty much collectively hate this lol
Pokémon Card Game Pocket 🔥🔥🔥
Haha what an original joke I haven't heard 50 times before
imma guess 9 or 10 minutes he goes on a rant so he doesnt scare the viewers too early
The 2-star and 3-star cards being equal in value for trade tokens makes plenty of sense because the odds of pulling a 2-star or a 3-star is the same. There are just more options in the 2-star category so each individual card is more rare than then single 3-star immersive card, but the categories are equal in rarity
Definitely love the thumbnail 😂😂😂😂
I never realized how similar the button sound effect was to the discord ping sound effect until now
The token requirements are pretty high and I think they don't really make sense.
I was wondering where this video was, but you were busy making the other video!!
It is a card collecting and battling game at this point. Makes sense now why they launched a TRADING card game without trading now. This would have turned off a lot of people had it been known about or available at launch.
Also I can't see what my friends need nor can I ask for what I need.
F2P here.
They want to make the experience frustrating so that you cave in and put money down.
like girl why is there currency to trade 😭😭 also props for remaking the video when even you didn't understand it at first!
Hey Austin, will you be making a video on where to communicate with people for trades?
It would be great if there was like a public bounty. For example placing bounty for a missing EX/Art and set your price for one of your duplicate EX/Art cards.
You lasted longer than the 30 seconds I guessed for the rant 😂
need auction house. to be able to list the card you wanna trade and the card you want and who ever has and wants can acceot it. these trade points can apply too or only apply to rarer cards
Love your content man
I would hold off on burning cards for points. They may adjust the values to be less terrible. I will wait to see if trading rares will become more affordable
8:25, 10:09, 10:10, 10:13 One other person is not they.
If you only have one card and you trade it. Does it say that you owned that card or do you have to get that again to complete?
The system actually doesn't feel too convoluted to me - but both players having to give up 5 cards of a rarity, in exchange for 1 - is just a crazy exchange rate for f2p. At least for me and my family I'm just saying we'll only trade 1 and 2 diamond cards until we find out more info on how many tokens are going to be gainable without destroying good cards.
6:55 Thank you for this, I thought I only had to build up 300 shop tokens at a time to eventually get those.
Will we be getting a new channel in the Discord for card trading?
Some people didn’t get all the promos while I got to many wish I could trade them
As always you make some of the best information guide videos, unsubscribe for years I usually don't comment but I felt like I had to say something so thank you for all your years of putting out some useful tips and guides mostly the Pokemon stuff for me, but for all Nintendo stuff
The fact Nic was barely even able to still have a 4 diamond card leftover to trade without losing a playset says a lot already lol
I thought Austin wouldn’t last that long to rant. I thought it would be 2 Minutes. I ranted as soon as it came out. I love burning 5 of the cards that someone wanted
Remember the days when all you needed to trade was a link cable? Good times.
"Kinda" is an understatement. Trading sucks. Period. Hard stop.
Also, I'm a free to play player.
This is the most insane system. This game was so new player and casual friendly and they just burned that bridge with this feature release
How to trade…
Burn cards people want to trade for to get points required to trade for the cards others are burning
