I didn't think you could report stores to the Pokemon Company -- you can report bugs / foul play (selling the Pokemon Player Tournament Cards) Curious to know about this form...?
Also, Pokemon International usually does not allocate to small LLCs...LLCs generally buy from 3rd party warehouses that are authorized wholesalers which give out allocation to their buyers based on how much they buy/spend. If anything, you'd have to know the LLCs wholesale supplier and report them to them.
theres a card shop in modesto california called teammates and they send ppl to scalp all the local stores for like 10% profit. disgusting

I was in a line at a target in my area when prismatic came out. 50 people in line for over an hour. The first 2 people in line decided to buy absolutely all of their allocation and screwed everyone who had now wasted their time waiting. Scalpers act like they care about normal people when they are selling, but don’t gaf when they are buying. Money is what matters to them, not the community
Agreed all they seek is greed presently.
Scalpers care only about 💰 they’re garbage human beings exploiting people’s hobbies

I was at target restock today. They had 2 per person everything was civil the vendor was very cool.
How do you feel about Walmart canceling my order of Prismatic posters with no apology or warning after tying up my money for a week. Not long after it was canceled, I looked on the website and they had posters for 39.90, fulfilled by walmart. The original price I paid was 16.97. I went to find the email confirming my purchase and it had been recalled. They basically deleted the email. I knew something was off after a couple of days and took a few screenshots, before the order was canceled, and relisted for more than double the price. You can't trust anywhere anymore it seems.

message the walmart AI chat and speak with a representative. They're giving out 10 dollar vouchers for the inconvenience. The process took me less than 4 minutes. DO NOT let these stores get away with taking your money for a single day to have a free loan with your hard earned money. DEMAND COMPENSATION.
@@Pokemon_Doctor It is coming from a third party seller now, but I'm not sure if it was that day, my screenshot is cut off before that information unfortunately. Either way I will contact customer support tomorrow after I've cooled down to see what's up.
Just an Update on what happened if anyone was curious. I'll try to shorten this as much as possible.
I contacted Walmart customer service today and let them know what happened. The first person basically told me I had exceeded the purchase limit of 3 with my order of 6. This was not true as the limit was 12 at that point. Then they told me I could still get the posters, but only 3. I asked if that would be at the original price I paid which they said yes I would receive an email. A couple hours later, no email so I called again. The second worker basically acted like everything was fine because I had already been refunded. I asked to speak to a supervisor at that point realizing they weren't going to help. The supervisor said it was a technical issue and the refund had already been issued. I said that doesn't change the fact that my money had been held up for a week, I'll just go shop at Target and Amazon if they couldn't do any better. Suddenly they were able to issue a coupon for $25 off a minimum purchase of $45 as if by magic. Don't be a victim, take action against these companies! Thank you @Pokemon_Doctor for all you do!

It’s so wild to see other targets do not have limits but some do.
thats why i gave up on local card shops noticed lots of them are a bit scummy in prices which is unacceptable only few places online and local retail stores are worth it to me now
My lgs know they are the only one around the area and would rather sell their product for a reasonable or even lower msrp price than to lose loyal customers which is already hard to come by owning a physical storefront
These people need to be forced back into the workforce like rest of us if their business only makes things worse for their main consumer base
Honestly most LGS stores have a buddy or contact they use to scalp popular products
So in my county there have been a a few Pokemon Centers that have popped up in grocery stores. They sell singles all the way up to booster boxes. When the machine had turned on they sold out all Prismatic, 151, and surging sparks booster bundles the same day (not surprisingly) BUT I did notice the day after they opened that a local card shop had an abundant amount of booster bundles ALL listed at market price and not MSRP… could this be a coincidence…
I would first go to the customer service/manager and report him and see what they say. If they immediately go tell him there’s a limit and put stuff back them great. If they shoulder shrug and say oh well, then I’m walking over and taking out everything I can from his cart and tossing it to other customers. Let the jerk fight everyone to get it all back.
There's now a limit of 2 per person of 😊 each product now, the restock yesterday was handled professionally 👍👍

I bought a hand full of shit at the start because I was aloud to. And my target had no one in line. But I didn’t buy it all. Cmon guys, do better.
With that being said, I don’t think scalpers are the main problem. It’s the consumers with zero impulse control who have fomo and buy cards at insanely high prices driving the value of the rarer singles up making sealed more valuable. This in return drives people with no job to follow mj holding employees all day long. Because the shit is going for more then double market because you guys who need to have everything buy it at those prices.
Perorder 2 ETB from my LCS their female staff quoted me 90 CAD each, but on release day it 135 CAD, the owner was working that day and didn't honor the order price because they weren't the person I was talking to.

Ultimately, you just need to be patient. There are era's where product sits on the shelf and then there are FOMO eras. We are in a FOMO era and most people crying would do the same thing as the scalpers if they were to catch a restock.
Either way, theres plenty of Pokemon product in the big picture to buy. And if you really want a card, just buy singles.

Scalping is not the problem. Blame Pokemon for not printing enough and us for paying scalpers prices. If there is no limit and he they want to buy 100 cases is their money let him but Pokemon co is the real problem.

Why flame people who goes down to the store to buy product like this when others are doing the same online? “Online scalpers” hunt for deal online and clear stocks as soon as they go online anyway? I don’t see the difference. Shop owners with little allocation and nothing available from distributor got to do what they need to survive.

@@Pokemon_Doctorthere was a fight at our local Walmart in Spring Hill Tennessee where a guy grabbed prismatic product from a woman’s hands and punched and pushed her to the ground the scalper was banned but the cops were not called don’t buy from scalpers all they care about is money and not collecting just buy other tcg products like yi gi oh or one piece and digimon even bakugan tcg they don’t make them anymore

Never take something from someone's cart even if they are being scummy. It's not worth getting into a fight or worse. Go find a manager and let them know what is going on. If they have the power they would likely put a limit per person and this would end in that store. Store managers aren't going to think about this unless there is an incident or someone says something about it.

Have we gone to his store? Maybe he has trouble with allocations and is trying to gain product to his storefront somehow? Not a card shop owner so don't know how it goes but obviously prismatic is hard to get? This is a set everyone's looking for so I couldn't blame him for trying to get it somehow. Everyone is equal in this hobby and some try to get product more than others. I never get that upset about not getting product just cause I know how the game goes. I'm just a causal collector and I find the hunt part of the hobby. If I'm able to get something thats almost as thrilling as pulling a chase. Searching on socials and making deals is what I like about this hobby. Would never fight someone over this stuff... would just find it comical. Unless someone is upright scamming is a different story to me. Fake is fake and market is market. The world is crazy and we're just living in it.

I'd buy most of it but I would def share with others who was around. However, I'm not buying it to scalp it. I'm buying it to open it because I'm a collector. Caught a MJ Holdings vendor stocking my Walmart live last week. I had noticed it first, but by the time the vendor finished their job, 3 other people had caught on. The 4 of us were chatting it up while the vendor finished up and we ultimately decided to split the stock equally. The total stock was 5 ETBs, 5 Binders, 6 Posters, and 6 Tech Stickers. We were all chill about it. No hassle, no arguments, and no douches taking it all for themselves. I was the first to buy the product and I can assure you that I didn't buy it all.
Some Walmarts have been smart by putting all the TCG behind the express lane where an associate has to retrieve it for you. If only Target did the same, it wouldn't be a Free For All.

People do this every week at the pokemon vending machines here. I'm pretty sure they follow em to store to store and buy em out as soon as they fill it.
