無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 10g / 1Tbsp
糖霜 icing sugar 10g / 1Tbsp
全蛋 egg 25ml+-
蜂蜜 honey 4g / 1/2tsp
玉米粉 cornstarch 50g / 5Tbsp
底筋麵粉 cake flour 20g / 2Tbsp
奶粉 milk powder 10g / 1,1/2Tbsp
泡打粉 baking powder 1g / 1/4tsp
摄氏150 / 华氏300 烘烤 15-17 分钟
Bake at 150°C / 300°F for 15-17 minutes

Made this but placed small chunk of walnuts in the middle of each ( i just love walnuts in almost every bread and pastry i bake 😅)...heavenly!

They just came out of the oven and they are soooo good! And really easy and fast to make!
When i was rolling them out, they fell apart because they were a little dry, so I put a tiny bit of butter on my hands and pressed them together, then rolled them. Don't use too much!
Will make it today for my baby! He is above 1 year now so yes for honey, and substituting cake flour with whole wheat flour or oat flour! Will be amazing and healthy! Thank you
I made these today and they were soo delicious and delicate 😍, I only increased the amount of butter and made it around 35 gr, thank you for the lovely recipe, it is so easy to make and awesome with a cup of coffee or tea💚
It makes sense to adding butter. I made tonight but my dough was too thick.

To make cake flour : Measure 1 cup all purpose flour. Remove 2tbsp all purpose flour from it and replace with 2tbsp corn starch.

I made it today. It texture came out to be so soft and smooth. It had a bit of constrach-ish taste; which is why I added 1/4 tsp of Vanilla essence.
Though after it came out of oven, it looked and tasted absolutely fantastic.

@@anudeepthithotapalli1873 put a layer of salt in pressure cooker place a plate or stand on top of it then place the plate with cookie dough on it. Remove ring and whistle of cooker and cook on medium heat

Jajanan masa kecil Dulu, sering beli ini di Indomaret, melted di lidah. Sudah berapa tahun terakhir ini cari, tapi gak ketemu
These were SOOO delicious and I didn't use milk powder or substitute it with anything but I recommend if u want super round even cookies that u chill them or freeze them before you cook them. Other than that, they're perfect!!

cake flour doesn't have cornstarch. a cake flour substitute with cornstarch in all-purpose flour has cornstarch. so yes, add in the stated amount of cornstarch into the cake flour.
