How I Install a Hansgrohe Shower System with Adjustable Handheld Wand

A little bit unique from your standard Delta or Moen shower control setup, the Hansgrohe shower system is pretty nice. The install is very different and I detail how you install the system. Part numbers are below, enjoy the video!

I just installed mine following your video. While our models looked identical I still had to go read the directions for small details...lol.. Good job sir! can you reverse the positions of the shower stop and the shower holder after you have already installed it? Would like the shower wand to be on the left side of slide bar.

It’s only one direction. I wish they made something where you can reverse it but it’s not possible.

I have the same shower head. My contractor installed. If I want to remove it, can I just turn it counter-clockwise, or would I need a wrench?

Adjustable wrench if you can’t loosen it by hand.

Yes to teflon tape. You probably skipped by that part. 😬.

Actually you put the Teflon tape on reverse/ wrong direction. Lucky if you don't have a leak inside the wall

For the part that is inside the wall. On the outside end of the rod you put it correctly clockwise
