I cannot believe I cheated again with the exact same card. Trap eater cannot summon itself when Macro cosmos is up, which definitely is the only reason I came back into that game. I don't know why neither Karpath or I caught that but we will definitely be more diligent in episode 3. Dang. So sorry about this and I will be better

22:43 it wouldn't get banished. If you're chaining Macro Cosmos to Tribe's effect, then the discard cost has already happened by the time Macro Cosmos is activated

Doesn't Trap Eater have the same issue with Macro as Wave Motion? The cost to Special Summon is to send a face-up Trap to the Graveyard, specifically.

Correct. In order to inherent Trap Eater, have to be able to send a card to GY. Because Macro is active, you cannot attempt to summon.

Macro should get banned not for being op but for being the cause of half of the accidental cheating in this series
