I'm really glad you liked it! The gimbal was really smooth and I LOVE how compact the light was! I'm thinking about getting one for my own personal use too!
You’re recent videos have been everything I’ve been obsessed with lately: The Ricoh point and shoot, and anamorphic lenses. Definitely going to have both on me in my next trips abroad!
Didnt realise i got to the last part of the vid already. Great flow and pace, mah dudes. 👌🏻👌🏻 Also been eyeing that 35mm for a bit!! #iykyk worth it to keep in my kit or a novelty at this point?
The Molus x100 is nice but I wish they included the battery with it. I had it in my cart and then realized it was an extra $120 for the battery which pushes it over what I would be willing to spend on a light like that.
U just made me want to make a short film I had da zve1 for like 3 months now just been vloggin but shorts films definitely will boost my channel I still got the lens it came with but I wanna try different lens now 🔥🔥🎥
Hi Jason, can you review the Leica Q3 please? Also would appreciate your thoughts on how it compares to other similar cameras (PNS/street or travel cameras)
Cheers so much love the film for the most part, just not a fan of any static shots Could you please edit and repost it with no static shots whatsoever? 😊❤
Thanks! I'm the director who helped Jason film the short video at the end! It was a mix of the Glitch effect that Davinci Resolve comes along with, layering video, playing with opacity, and just a lot of trial and error to make the sort of effect I had in my head!
So the 35 anamorphic is around 22mm? what's your honest opinion, could I recreate something very similar to this with my zv-e1 cinevlog mode on with 24-70 gm lens at 24? and an 85mm prime? is the only thing the anamorphic lens giving is the flares?
I really good Video, as always, thank you. I bought the 35 mm and I've got to be honest it's pretty woeful , it's very mushy. I spoke Sirui and they said there was nothing wrong with it. So if this is what they feel is OK, my advice to potential purchases is to avoid it.
Great video! My favorite part was the soundtrack to the ending video - totally giving me Falcon/Winter Soldier Vibes when Zemo does his meme dance haha: ruclips.net/video/5nEzCv5u1O8/видео.html
You know what missing the car if you notice every cyber punk film must have a car.. “Challenge” the equipment nice and all but you know you don’t need fancy stuff to make things cyber punkish? challenge is I dare you make one with just using cellphones any even using lighting from cellphone gimbal is ok it’s just trying show how a poor man way to make cool stuff like that also for some reason it mite make it look better.
They DO have an anamorphic attachment for phones so just maybe!! Then, I will just need a friend with a cool car out here in Tokyo! BTW thanks for stopping by the channel! Recognize your name from VJ's channel!
Bladerunner gone Vong
Love the style and rhythm of the final video. It's our honor to have our new portable “gimbal & light" combo contributed to the dynamic night shots 🥰
Gib me one 🫣

i am so in love with all the lights! cant wait to share in my next video!
You and Viv are hands down one of my favorite RUclipsrs and reviewers. You make great content and I always look forward to your videos.
Wow thank you! We are honored!

Haha! Yes!! I just bought the wide angle adapter for the Ricoh. Gonna make a video on it soon
Super fun results! :)
I like how it short turned out, nice job!
Had a blast working with you dude!!! Thanks for bringing us onboard for the video!
Final film came out amazing!!
awesome! I shall add cyberpunk to my list when doing landscaping/street photography to my next project in SG
Amazing jason...
Turns out you're the john wick reborn the high table is looking for...
Cinematic is very beautiful...
my thing would be fighting baddies with camera gear
Those shots just looked beautiful man! That music was amazing too, going along with those shots
Jason Vong Edgerunner

coming up on the escalator.. #EPIC
Had so much fun with you two!! ❤❤ Go team!!
Woot!!
@@JasonVong ✨🙏🙏🙏✨
Thanks for the shoutout, Jason! You're making me want book a flight back to Japan with the shots you got!!!
the man, the myth, the legend himself! Thank you for stopping by!!
Beautiful.
haha thanks Greg!!

Also been eyeing that 35mm for a bit!! #iykyk worth it to keep in my kit or a novelty at this point?
I do think having a monitor or phone to desqueeze would make life easier but it does add bulk! That would be the trade off
Amazing stuff you two…THANK YOU for sharing and all your energy!!
thank you Helen!!
The Molus x100 is nice but I wish they included the battery with it. I had it in my cart and then realized it was an extra $120 for the battery which pushes it over what I would be willing to spend on a light like that.
Yeah well you can use usb and attach your own battery but it won’t go to 100%
Bro. I love Japan and all that Cyberpunk style in that city. Hopefully I can go there someday.
Tokyo is definitely a cyberpunk dream!
That short film yall made is on point . 🔥🔥🔥
thank you thank you!
Thanks dude!
Awesome video x2, but had expected when you were using a phone as a monitor it would have been the latest Sony Experia model not an iPhone !
I am asking XPERIA team for Anamorphic De-squeeze!! If they can do it, it would be EVEN LIGHTER than using iPhone + Seemo
U just made me want to make a short film I had da zve1 for like 3 months now just been vloggin but shorts films definitely will boost my channel I still got the lens it came with but I wanna try different lens now 🔥🔥🎥
Fantastic 🎉
thank you nisha!
Nice video
Love the set up.
This is super awesome! I wish my content and idea were as good as yours hahahaha!
im flattered haha!
That was awesome!
thank you!
Hi Jason, can you review the Leica Q3 please? Also would appreciate your thoughts on how it compares to other similar cameras (PNS/street or travel cameras)
😅 probably would have to buy it to review and it’s a pretty steep cost. I will see if I can get them to loan it to me because im def curious
Come to Philippines! Much cheaper bro!
wait you're not in LA no more?
@@JasonVong yeah bro! but i visit from time to time! come here ! I can pick you up!
Would love to try this lens on the Sony A74 in Crop Mode
i recognise most of these places... it feels a lot less cyberpunk because of it
😅 does kinda mess with the illusion doesn't it?
Awesome content.
thank you!
Epic!
thanks Josh!
Cheers so much love the film for the most part, just not a fan of any static shots

Watch out for Adam Smasher!
Dang it!!! Just making us throw more money! LoL jk this was awesome.
bahahaha! definitely a fun lens to try out
Dope! How or where can I get the glitch effects?
Thanks! I'm the director who helped Jason film the short video at the end!
It was a mix of the Glitch effect that Davinci Resolve comes along with, layering video, playing with opacity, and just a lot of trial and error to make the sort of effect I had in my head!
Please I need help bro about my focusing because it’s driving me crazy
It's just me, or the cinematicest touch is camera/lens sensitivity to low light, but mainly work with lights?
lighting always makes a huge difference!

Do you think dynamic active mode stabilization can replace the need for a gimbal?
The key question in Kabukicho is whether the robot restaurant has reopened or not. 🎉
Hmm good question! I heard it was coming back too!
Hi Jason, Which mount do I need to buy for Sony ZV-E1?
Nice

Which lens?
Nice cyber punk movie looked
they don't have autofocus right?
Music track name?
Great video! My favorite part was the soundtrack to the ending video - totally giving me Falcon/Winter Soldier Vibes when Zemo does his meme dance haha:
ruclips.net/video/5nEzCv5u1O8/видео.html
i should've just done this!!!
@@JasonVong if you did the zemo dance to that song at the ending, I would probably still be laughing hahaha
Jealous of that RX1R
1.8x, 2x or spherical
1.6x for these!
@@JasonVong ok not that bad but 1.8 is sweet spot for 16:9 or 3:2 because 4:3 are a bit rarish
using a sony phone for the display is great better quality, 21:9 aspect ratio ,right why don't u use them ?

These are beautiful scenes but you didn't give us a chance to appreciate them. Edit it again a bit slower. No one guzzles down a fine wine.
Laowa would have given a way better result...
3rd! 🙌
Do you have to talk like a radio DJ?
Too much distortion
