I eat bacon, eggs, and real butter for breakfast. For some carbs, I’ll have an apple or two. Nothing else. My body does not like powders, pills, sweets, shakes, etc.
I never used any supplements since I been working out past 18yrs. My supplements is my wholefoods nutrition and have gained muscles and lean built. Also never gotten injured. Been working out smart.

You’ve been my inspiration in my whole journey Sadik, I’m also a hard gainer and for the first time in my life I’m 220lbs when back in 2018 I used to be 155. I’ll try a get enough size to compete in November thanks for everything!!!!
I agree with Sadik when it comes to supplements. Depending on goals and intensity some come in handy whereas if you aren't that hardcore, for instance, intra or some post-workout supplements are useless. At the end of the day, they are a bonus if needed, meaning nutrition and training and rest come first. Also, nutrition is an individual thingy; I mean I don't require, for instance, to consume as many calories as Sadik or any other person and be healthy or whatever my goal is. Cheers.
What’s sad is guys who are natural are going to follow him to a T and get fat lol It’s the same with Rich Pianna. Dude ate a pint of Ben and Jerry’s every night but was able to stay lean. When you’re running good gear that cuts you it helps.

@@paulstone3590 there is research on it so there's no need to test the theory. Research points towards a slight raise in testosterone over the course of a week without beating it. After that, it returns to an equilibrium. The raise is probably somewhere in the realm of 20-30ng/dl in testosterone which is so negligible, it doesn't even matter. In order to see a difference in muscle growth, you'd have to raise testosterone to supraphysiological levels by hundreds if not thousands of ng/dl.

Yes. If you don't masturbate you have more testosterone and energy to help you lift weights. So you have more gains.
