Thank you Bobby for your input. My brother does a great job and Dennis is the expert on the Aerolite 103. Hopefully this video is informative and helps potential ultralight pilots to better understand the best practices and options available.
Patrick, thanks for your input. I think easy folding wings would be nice, but I suspect that folding wings would be a design challenge for the existing fuselage. Regards, Wayne Whitley
@@WhitleyVideos Yes it would be a challenge but I dont think impossible for someone with a good design/technical mind - not me 🤣 When it comes to folding wings I think of both myself and the hanger where I fly from. Its a small airstrip populated with a majority of Challengers for what ever reason. Due to wing spans only about 6 aircraft can fit in the hanger. Now, if all ultralights would provision for folding wings, the hanger could profit more with tripling their use of stowage space. If I owned a hanger I would give 30% off for those with foldable wings, client saves and hanger owner profits. For myself, I want an aircraft that folds for easy trailering back and forth from my garage with my Flexwing Trike. Best regards.

Good video.
Electric is here for sure. Great point on time many pilots are flying.

love the aerolite, any chance you’ll make one with a center stick or sidestick? I’d 100% buy one with that, just prefer it much more than a yoke.
