I just got a matte black on red 2022 g63 few months ago, I gotta say I love this green

Hey there ;-) YES it's a 295/45 and actually the rims have been excellent and no issues, easy to clean , are are very strong.... no issues and I've had 3 G-wagons, and none of them had issues, both 2020 models and the green 2021 model... all good! 😀

I have owned so many Mercedes vehicles, but the only one I will buy again will be one of these in a few years after they've depreciated a little :)
That's a smart move! HARD to beat the G!.... The dealers are the ones that created the markup across the country, It wasn't Mercedes Corp...The $$ is all changing and coming back to normal.
I think 2021 is probably the sweet spot with low miles.

As an owner of several G Wagons, let me give you the background information.
In 1971 (53 years ago), the Mercedes G Wagon was designed and created by Daimler Mercedes and several Iranian (Persian) engineers at the specific request of the King of Iran (Persia) Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. This was a secret project until February 1979.
The G Wagon was initially intended to be a military vehicle exclusive to Iran (Persia) and it was never intended to be commercialized to be used by the civilian population.
Due to the 1978 revolution in Iran, the Mercedes G Wagon was never delivered to Iran and stayed at the Mercedes factory for over a year.
Since Mercedes was left with thousands of military-style vehicles (G Wagon), they couldn’t sell them to the general population. During that one year, Mercedes took away a lot of the Iranian military equipment, repainted the G Wagons with different commercial paints, and in February 1979 (45 years ago), introduced the G Wagon to the world.
The father of the G Wagon is rooted in Iran (Persian), and today, we would not have the G Wagon accessible to us had the 1978 Iranian revolution didn’t occur.
So, we owe our deepest gratitude to the Iranians (Persians) for the G Wagon.

I forgot to tell you i am student, a doctor in AIIMS Delhi you can Google that only 125 students get selection from all over India arround 22lakhs candidates will fight for it. My mind tells me every day that I gonna buy and drive that gwagon one day.

G Wagon owners: best vehicle ever! Every G Wagon: has had 10 owners before they hit 10,000 miles. And I say this as a former G63 owner..
Agree THE BEST! It is crazy how many times they change hands..... I always got new ones, except for one that had 15K, Not the best choice was a bit beat up. Wouldn't get preowned unless it had VERY low miles and was perfect.

It’s bi-turbo as both turbos are different sizes, twin turbo would be two identical turbos.
I have a g63, its a true twin turbo not sequential or compounding. Bi-turbo just means 2 turbos, not the orientation. The benefits of compounding or sequential setups are really for low power 4 cylinders to get rid of lag since the smaller one will spool first. V8’s will almost always have 1 turbo per bank.
After i realized that my BMW 3.0d had decent room, especially leg room at the back compares to this car, i sold my stupid G63AMG…
Honestly it’s not worth a fraction of the price tag.
