- On September 13, 2023, Secaucus Police Officer Miller observed a vehicle speeding. He initiated a traffic stop and immediately noticed the smell of alcohol. He called for a backup officer trained in administering field sobriety tests. The 43-year-old woman was eventually arrested for DUI. Her time at the police station was memorable. At one point, she allegedly tried to bite on the sergeants and she was thrown down to the ground. She then complained of being injured and was taken to the hospital. She refused to submit to a breath test and was released after receiving 8 summonses. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.

Yeah the cops were awesome but then the Secaucus courts basically let her go with no real accountability or consequences- she learned absolutely nothing from this incident and probably went out the night after court to celebrate snd drove around drunk, speeding and belligerent once again! 🤦♀️. I feel so sad for the cops bc they put their lives on the line every day and have to put up with so much (like with this woman) - only to be present in court watching the DA and the judge let them walk away with almost no punishment! I almost lost my life to a drunk driver. Spent 8 days in a coma had 8 surgeries in the time I was in the hospital. It disgusts me the way people like her just think it's no big deal to drive drunk or just let me go I'm not drunk. It's disgusting behavior and the way she I acting is crazy for being in her 40s.

Right. People in the comments don't know what they're talking about. The cops did an awful job with explaining everything to her, black cop seemed to have a personal issue with her and was hostile for no reason.

These officers seemed to be at a party, changing officers all the time, and where was the female officer ? Did the hot drunk behave badly? Yes, but who would be at peace with a bunch of men arresting her all the time, everything about this video was strange.

So many comments saying that the woman was seducing, she was old, and that no one exaggerated, I saw the black policeman with his forearm on her breasts, and everyone else also acted strangely, I know she was immature, but she was supposedly drunk, and defensive, I believe that each person acts differently when they feel defenseless.
