The previous mani I removed was over 2 weeks old. I removed "Girlishly Giddy".
Before you comment that the skin looks dry, please note that I choose to remove the polish with pure acetone and I apply cream and oils after the manicure. I can polish more precisely when there is absolutely no cream or oil on the nails so I can clearly see the borders of the nails.

Before you comment that the skin looks dry, please note that I choose to remove the polish with pure acetone and I apply cream and oils after the manicure. I find I can polish more precisely when there is absolutely no cream or oil on the nails so I can clearly see the borders of the nails.

Ok in a previous video you said to apply 2 coats of the DD base. In this one it seems you only did 1. (I'm paying attention lol)

Yes, DD recommends 2. I often do 1 for normal and strong nails and it lasts the same. For feet also only 1. For weak or damaged or bendy nails I would def do 2.

Hi Sam! Hm... it depends. Dazzle Dry is not "stronger" but for some people gel polish is not a perfect solution either.
Have you seen this video? It's the same client and her experience with gel polish.

I think very often clients expect a lot of "strength" from gel polish and they end up being hard on their nails. When they have polish they might care for them more.... this could be one of the reasons....

Hi Anna, i have question about dazzledry. Does sun and water affect the manicure? I’m thinking holliday manicure so you dont have to think about doing your nails on holliday 😀😀💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼 Thanks for the video!!!

Yes it can sadly. The pink (especially the bright ones) colors can fade so I would suggest some other shade. I think the sunscreen and alcohol (like I mean the one for cleaning the hands) can be damaging to any manicure. The good thing about DD is that you can take it off easily when it chips. Not like gel polish that can also be affected by sun/water etc but it’s a bit of a pain to remove.
