That Pakistani steak is actually called "Chapli Kabab" and is made of minced meat and alot of spices. And like he said, it's the most flavourful meat but not the most luxurious or as good as professionally cooked steak

i have been to a salt bay restaurant in miami and ordered the T-bone steak and i got lucky and he was there and he came did and did his thing. i do have to say he is a very chill person always smiling and takes pics with anyone that asked.

Guga has to win... I just ordered some Wagyu, Grassfed and Pasture raised steaks from Crowd Cow. CANT BEAT Wood Fire backyard grilled beef. Found them from Guga too, but I think he'd yell at me I like my steaks medium-well not medium-rare. I take them off the grill at 150 and rest them in foil. The nice char dissolves a little and bastes the steak in it's own juices. Mmmmm dangit... Not getting them delivered till Monday; and they come frozen. :( No wagyu for me till Tuesday.

You can eat steak raw safely especially when eating this quality of food bobby is eating. Steak and meat is traditionally cooked medium rare and left very pink still. It's normal and tastes amazing
bro im not sure if you realize this you can eat cow beef raw it does not taste good and you might get tapeworms but the meat itself is not bad exept for bacteria.

My hometown actually produces Hanwoo. Growing up I always thought I ate some regular beef later I realized, grandma would always go to the produce shop and ask for the most expensive beef and always got us Hanwoo whenever we visited. I'll always miss her
