WWE failed his second run IMO, he has great potential, has great promo skills, should've given him a chance at least as an Intercontinental or US champ.
Great promo skills is wild… he was really good in the ring tho athletic af and looked good no homo could have been upper Mid-card for sure I wish him and Jeff had more singles matches they had good chemistry

John Morrison is such an under rated talent. Truly one of my favorite all time wrestlers.
He’s chamber drop to sheamus and the ladder match with sheamus …the whole 2010-11 run was full of many risky moves tbf

Still believe Morrison should have got at least one title run. I know, every wrestler doesn’t need to get a title run, but with his line of work, he definitely deserves it.
I was shocked Morrison, Ziggler, and Kofi weren't given proper pushes when they were clearly the most athletic at the time with decent promos.

@@italian_yoda6635 Kofi & Ziggler weren't given proper pushes as Champion sure Kofi was a fighting champion during his reign but he was squashed by Lesnar and never got a rematch. Ziggler cashed on Del Rio only to lose to him in his first title defense as Champion and never sniffed a a world title sense.

John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler are the two most slept on Superstars we have ever had imo.

The Starship Pain was one of my favorite Finishers, it’s so unique. And It was always fun watching John and R-Truth do Corkscrews on everybody.

As someone that has scorpion'd himself, it's actually crazy how badly you wind yourself. Like unless it's an ungodly beast of a fighter like Francis N'gannou winding up and belting you in the gut when you aren't looking it's hard to describe just how bad it is. Luckily for John his night was basically over then anyway 😅
You can’t get any worse than literally gasping for air, and you cannot inhale or move and you think you’re about to die. And all I did was just go back first and to the metal part of a trampoline one time when i was 5 thought that was it for me

I remember coming home from school and catching it live. They opened raw and it was really good had me thinking Morrison was going to be world champ.
That match is ridiculously underrated if only because it's nothing crazy special but they did what they needed to do quick and efficiently and it established main event-level prick Miz really well

Vince wasted an amazing opportunity with John Morrison. Even if Vince didn't think he was WWE championship material, he was definitely deserving of a US title or intercontinental title run.
He had IC & ECW title runs.... The fact is it was just an era where those belts were more of a shackle than an asset.... Any wannabe main eventer was better of without them. He was better off knocking on the door of the ME and being in the many multi-man matches on SD with he likes of Edge, Punk, Jeff etc.
Prime John Morrison right now would've been highly demanded and appreciated from NXT to the main roster. This era is pretty much of the more athletic wrestlers. AJ, Rollins, Balor, Ricochet, Gargano, and some other wrestlers I can't think of are popular because of the insane moves they pull due to their athletic style and endurance. Too bad he's old and has been wasted.

Dude I literally remember watching that episode of RAW when I was young. My dad let me stay up past my bedtime for school just to see the match. Safe to say I was disappointed when Morrison lost the match. Also safe to say my action figures were recreating that spot multiple times.
