I am not into Jewelry, but Trax opened my eyes and made me realize that there is honest businessmen out there like Max and his team, who take pride in running a transparent business. I hope they exceed their margins every year, they deserve it!

I have worked at the larger chain jewelry stores and I have to agree, these chain stores nickel and dime the hell out of you, charging VS prices for I clarity diamonds giving you the worst possible quality for highest price. I can tell clearly max isn't doing that with Trax. He's about as transparent as you can get for a large business like his

I have done business with trax, had an engagement ring that had a diamond fall out they tried to repair sent it back with diamond still missing and then a month later they sent a new ring. Just my experience with trax. I’d give them a 5/10.
