You made it look so easy on the video, but mine is just too hard to remove the battery cover case....can you suggest how you managed urs or some other trick to get the cover off the battery
There seem to be two different types of batteries for this speaker! mine does not look like that battery inside, and it is so hard to open you need to cut it! Dont do that, its a pain to make it seal tight after!

I sure got my money's worth out of the original but its at the point where it won't even stay playing even when its plugged in. I installed a new pack and its just like new but I was thinking of keeping this old one around to recell it with some good 18650's by LG or Samsung.

I just sucessfully changed my cells to the Samsung INR18650-35E and now i get even more runtime out of my Soundlink Mini 😍❤️

When the battery is color orange you need to charge it ? Or orange color is about 50% battery capacity?
Orange means 25-50% battery life.
