Hi Jaypin88, I was pleasantly surprised to find that you dedicated a separate video to the updated version of my game. This way more people can learn about it! I'm also glad you chose Tails and showed off his new flight cancel ability with a very clever use of it in boss battles. Thanks a lot!
@@tomhuynh3867 this will require me an additional 1-2 years to transfer all the classic levels to my engine. I understand that this would be an interesting option, but in my case it is not worth the time investment.
Glad to see this fan game back on the channel with a couple of improvements. I hope to see more characters become available on this game in the future, even though its not guaranteed in the next build. Great Thursday walkthrough Jaypin ✌🏾
These Levels could have been used in between certain levels, Ex: Marble Garden-Azure Lake, Sandopolis-Enless Mine-Lava Reef, Gene Gadget could have been a part of Launch Base, Flying Battery, or Death Egg. Baloonpark is obvious, should be in Carnival Night
The actual level design could use a bit of improvement but, just gonna say it, Balloon Park has a superior aesthetic, music, and overall superior vibes to Carnival Night
I used your sprites for Azure Lake Act 1 Boss. Spritesheet was created by Dolphman and you. Btw, I fixed your name in credits, and in next version of my game it will be ok.
As close as this game looks and sounds to running on an actual Genesis (and it’s much closer than many fan projects), unfortunately, this is no hack and therefore cannot be played on that console. This is a fan game made from the ground up and, for the time being, you can play this on Windows (and Steam Deck through Proton) and Android.
I don't know about linearity, since some Sonic stages *are* pretty linear when you get right down to it, but there's definitely some weird quirkiness. Like how Endless Mine has some long stretches with no rings, or some of the bosses leave me wondering how you're supposed to beat them as Sonic.
My suggestion of stage order: After Balloon Park you move to Chrome Gadget, then Flying Battery (night-time on Act 1, day-time on Act 2), Desert Palace, Lava Reef, and then the OG stage order.

Awesome to see the game is coming along nicely. I've been following updates on this game since the demo released, very excited!
Question: will there be requirements to trigger the alternative stages?
Can players pick between the new and classic stages in their play though?

Hi Funtik! Just thought I'd see how you were doing and how the game is coming along? 😊

Today's a good day to be a Sonic fan lol

Awesome walkthrought...you remember me old times👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
SEGA nao faz oque a comunidade faz! esse game esta incrivel sempre quiis esses STAGES originais no Single player com Boss
Damn this is actually pretty
Nice I need to download it

Hopefully this can be in sonic 3 air some day
no
Someone has to make a mod combining this with the actual sonic 3 and give you the option to play these stages
If only they had chrome gadget level 😔
В этой игре слишком хороший и подходящий движок.
Cool
Helo
nice levels, nice boos with good mecanics, only the bad thing is music of act 2 in every level
I like the endless mine second act, the music is catchy and feels pretty faithful to the series. But yea, the other two are disappointing
Ухты!

@@FuntikXX ah oka
This looks amazing!! When will it be finished so I can play it on my Genesis??

@@Linker2A03Not on Genesis?? What a pity! Well, I won't play it then. Thanks for answering!

Honestly, the level design for these stages feel way too linear, like actually

And hardly any badniks in BPZ Act 1.
I demand to find the account of the user who created it so that he can explain to me why my name is in the credits.
Azure lake 2 more like Bad future azure lake
