hi i have been watching ur videos from past 2 months really appreciate that u r not a professional but self taught. very few people can achieve such techniques without any help. even i have rebuild my dad's bajaj scooter successfully including engine overhauling 25yrs ago without any help n i know d happiness whn u do it d right way whn u dont even have internet facility. my dad was very proud of me n that was more than enough for me. just to add some tips for ur this video plz disconnect d battery before performing any electrical work or replacing any electrical parts it would b safe. it is ok if u r doing behind camera bcoz u r now a professional but whn we share any info regarding DIY projects we must consider safety of d viewers first bcoz may b this task would b his/her first time DIY. plz take it as an advise luv ur videos keep up d good work all d best for ur future...

I'm also from Kurnool district . my bike radiator fan is rotating when bike is started please if know what could be the problem !????? my bike was parked in rain from that day my bike started making problem and also fell down from that these fan problem has started.

One small thing, my 200ns once is started the display is going on n off sometimes, and it becomes impossible to start at this time. Ek do Baar on off karne k Baad thik ho Jata hain.

My brother . Amazing work with the detailed videos that you make ! I appreciate your work man . Keep it up 😄👍 okay now i got a small problem with my pulsar 200 ns and would really like some advice frm you . My bike experienced some battery drain issue which i noticed a week before it totally went dead . First it started with my horn not sounding loud . Then the display would turn off for few seconds while starting and then one day the bike just didn't want to start .i could hear it sparking up but that too stopped after few attempts . Got a replacement battery the next day which was 9watts .the mechanic ( a friend of mine ) tld me the replacement battery was frm royal Enfield and had been not used for a month so needed to charge it . The bike worked fine that day . The next day when i was heading back home from work i noticed the horn got weak . There was some lite moving traffic and my bike stalled in the first gear which is totally okay but then when i tried starting it up it didn't . SO NOW ! I am really worried and have a strong feeling that something is wrong with the wiring of my bike itself . Hope it's just the battery and my next BRAND NEW battery sorts it out . Can you tell me what might be causing this?
Looks like the replacement battery you installed had a bad past... So first of all buy a new replacement battery and see if everything is good... If not then get the rectifier unit checked and replaced if required.

@@JeetBhaskar quick update.the new battery also lost its charge in about 5 days . The same old thing . Also i spoke to the mechanic on call and she said it could be the wiring . I will definitely tell him to check with the rectifier unit .

my friend..kidare bai,, i am from philippines we have the same bike model,, i have here NS200 as well,,, my starter is ok but cant starts the engine,,, the same what you did when you knock the relay 2 times... my question is there a specific replacement of the relay or it can be replaced by all types of starter relay?

that's easy you just to cut yellow wire which goes to the light switch and add a wire from your ignition switch so that when you turn on your ignition only then it works. it's simple 5 min job

See if the probe in your front rim that drives the speedometer cable gear is good or not
My bike has the same problem .. The mechanic did not see the starter relay .. They said that the self motor is damaged .. I can check at home?
Yes well said, placement of fuse box on NS should have been under rear seat like KTM Duke. Bajaj engineers should consider this in their upgrades.
I think after 2017 models the placement of the fuse box is under pillion seat
