The most vibrating part of 200 NS is the leg guards the get loose really easily because of potholes or off roading or something may be because of too much of speedbreakers
Well, Personally I faced that problem once. But since I fixed it it never came back. That was actually the 6th thing that I was planning to put in the list. Anyway, You're right. :)

Nice, This is truth of 200NS, this is simply and basic counters of vibration. If you need to solve all you need to open all body of 200NS and make sure loosened and each other contacts will be fixed with rober compound like double gum tap i prefer 3M is best.

Thanks a lot bro! Generally, there is no fixed interval for chain set replacement. It totally depends on the usage of the vehicle. However, in my case, the chain set works for at least 15,000 KMs. :)

Yes, I have faced this one myself. I fixed it once, it never came back. There is a hexagon nut that needs to be fixed in that (as much as I can remember). I'll try to include this one in the next motorcycle maintenance video. :)

I use TV's eurogrip tyres on my ns 200 .. when I brake my tyre starts skidding.. is there any solution for this?? Are those tyres best for ns 200 ??!!
eurogrip is the worst you can have on your NS. Mef Zapper is better one.

@@akashravi898 you Can change it Right aways. Safety should be your Major concern. Eurogrip on Ns is Really Shit. You should have gone for Mrf Zapper one while buying Ns. Ns comes with zapper and Eurogrip tyres.

Well Bro personally, I use michelin pilot street radials. They provide excellent grip on the road and wonderful confidence while cornering. :)

facing a problem like when i ride at a high rpm and speed touches 120+ and after running at at constant high rpm
Then engine oil starting over flowing from Engine Breath Pipe through the Air Filter Box and the Filter got Damaged and as well as that over flowed oil coming out from the Air Filter Drain Pipe
And Engine Oil Level Decreasing
What's the problem here ? And Please give the solution

That's the front wheel alignment we are talking about. The handlebar is just fine. This kind of issue can come up if there was a recent impact. A major alignment problem should be handled by a mechanic.

Bro, I don't think that's a very common problem but certainly, I can add this one in the next maintenance video. You can try to fix the two screws inside the rear cabin that hold the cowl covers. (Here is the link for diagram: www.99rpm.com/bajaj/seat-cowl-cover-pulsar-200ns-pnf.html)

Alright, but definitely the cowl covers would be supported by some screws. Moreover, there is always a source of the vibrations. Just explore a bit and I think you'll be able to fix it.

I have ns 200 my cousin dropped my bike once it did had frame sliders and crash guard and from then handle, foot rests, tail section, levers, tank panels vibrating at 5k rpm even after servicing it was vibrating all over and sevice of bajaj is shit as tvs i ended up selling it 😣😥

Umm, I don't think that's a very common problem. Why don't you check if your pillion seat lock. That might be broken or not fixed properly. :)

That means you're getting 20 KM/L, that's quite low. I get around 35-40 KM/L. Get your AFR tuning checked. That'll fix your mileage.
