Audio problem occurs at around 32 minutes, tried my best to fix it hence why the voice might sound a little bit off. Think it was caused by a connection issue with the cable as the recorded audio had a "metallic" sound to it on only one ear, if anyone has any ideas what might have caused it I would be happy to listen.
Might also have gone a little bit to far with the thumbnail to be honest. Tried to make a bit more fun one for once.
Besides that this is the first of probably three parts for the hard one season challenge with Alpine, it was supposed to be split in two, but we had enough mayhem that three is going to be minimum. Let me know what you think.

Hey NeroBax, remember when you recorded an episode on how to make a pit stop in 1.8 seconds?
Could you do the same episode but show the training plan for the whole year and not just for one month?
The problem with pit stops in the current state is that you are going to have to make a choice between switching components for practice/quali and having a good pit crew as the fatigue from switching components is fairly severe. I might end up revisiting pit stops in the future but that's basically the choice you have to make.
You should do a challenge where you hire the f2 and the f3 champion for Ferrari or some good team and try to win the title with them. Might not be the most exciting challenge ever but I would love to see it
Unless the F3 champion got the title in their rookie year (unless mods are used, it’s not possible to hire someone who hasn’t competed in 2+ seasons of F2 and or F3
I mean yeah but the Alpha Tauri series is very similar. The 2 female champions were the equivalent of an F3 driver

I'll probably do this at one point just to try, but I might use the editor to move drivers to get interesting ones.
With the stuns that Ocon pulled after few races I would've put him with conservative one stop as much as possible
There's a reason I replaced ocon after season 1 he almost made it impossible to win a title 😂 I managed to win by 3 points only I focused the dirty air and was able to run away in wet races without pushing.
Sack Ocon. Hire Logan. Win title. Easy clap.
In my career modes Logan's just as bad as ocon him and Piastri
Stop using ers battle assit it's like harvest when you put it in nutral

Let me see if I can actually finish a season of the game. I find the same with FM once you get one season in you are invested in team and people in the game world

In part 2, do you plan on scouting Jack Doohan, Victor Martins, Kush Maini, Nikola Tsolov, Gabriele Minì and Sophia Flörsch?
Probably not for this one as I am planning to just have a single season for this one.
You should fire ocon and get somone like Alonso, Lecrelc or Sainz
what happend with the maximum weight?
Its coming this week on friday if I get it done by then, if not sunday. Wanted to use this as a bit of a "test" to see if Alpine was a alright choice for maximum weight or if I'd have to choose a lower rated team.
