We just saw only fans and thought it was great. Can’t believe Will Smith 55, not a wrinkle on his face, I need his skin care regimen
Broavo!!! Stellar overview...it's about time....too many fanboys spin on endlessly about certain films. You are genuine, introspective and informed!
I'm glad Bad Boys did well, but I'm very pessimistic overall about the future of theaters. These aging stars are not gonna last forever, and neither are ticket selling auteurs like Nolan and Villeneuve. The box office is so bad that a 50 million opening feels like a miracle, but it's really not
Don't worry,Deadpool,Aliens,Twisters will save the summer
So glad this movie did well. I enjoyed it
The Screening Room in Buffalo shows only retro movies. John Carpenter, Alfred Hitchcock, Steven Spielberg all consistantly sell out. They also host shadowcasts, improv comedy, poetry, live bands. Severin and Silk Screams are now hosting monthly cult classic screenings. Versatility is survival.
I love bad boys! This was by far the best one.Reggie and Armando should replace Will and Martin in the near future that would be a masterpiece.😅
In the watchers they were stalked by fairies/halflings/shapeshifters. I didn't even want to go but my friend needed a movie buddy so I took one for the team
As a fellow VA cat (Hampton) I get it man! Hope you had a ball!!
Bad Boys 4 was Bad Boys. I loved the fact that they brought the action while acknowledging that both of these leads are pushing 60. Also that action scene with was awesome and had the crowd going wild.
James, have you seen “Last Stop in Yuma County” (2024)? It’s well worth your time.
I saw bad boys on Saturday & it delivered💚🇬🇧🌱
Bad Boys : Ride or Die is better at being an action thriller than a comedy, that’s for sure. But I’ll take that over Argylle or Fall Guy - these modern action comedies that have no real threat or violence or stakes to them. BBRD never undermines its own threat, with pretty intense abduction scenes in the climax.
Looking forward to the top 10 - 1980s erotic thriller vid. 👍🏻
Lethal Weapon 4 (1998) was the last movie in the series. Mel Gibson is planning to direct a fifth movie to fill in for the late Richard Donner, but there hasn’t been any announcement as of late.
I saw The Watchers last night in theaters and it was kinda boring. Wasn’t a bad movie and I know it’s gonna take some time for Isalana Shyamalan to become a successful director just like her dad, M. Night (who is a producer of the movie), but it wasn’t that even scary.
i just saw bad boys martin lawrence definitely stole the show he had the best moments the movie moves at a quick pace at least for me turn of your brain for two hrs and enjoy i still like the first one best this one moves to number 2 the second one is the weakest i thought it was a little to long
Bad Boys was !
I think more MATINEES might help Love Go at 9 30 am with my Green Tea but hardly ever find ?? Too many Trailers
Bad boys was surprisingly funny and well made. The action was too notch too. Will and Martin still have amazing chemistry so many years later. C
Prof DM quote in my box office video?! Lovely day 🎉
Max max, original star wars , lord of the ring for cool Trilogy movies.
Mel Gibson is directing Leathel Weapon 5,starts October unless there was a delay
It was 4 lethal Weapons. So passed on Watchers. This summer has been slow starter. More interested in House of Dragons to be honest
I can always tell you had a good time by the slight sunburn. LotR trilogy is perfect.
My top three trilogies are
Lotr, Tdk and How to train your dragon (It was toy story but they made a fourth)
More Court Room Drama Where Judge has GAVEL 😅
“To all those out there who don’t know what a joke is” - Will Smith is one of them 😂
Looking forward to the erotic thrillers video. Thank you for all of the awesome content, James!
The Summer of Furiosa, another Bad Boys, Run Lola Run re-release, another Beverly Hills Cop, another Deadpool (with Wolverine), Inside Out 2, Twisters, Venom 4 or is it 3, etc. just a butt ugly Summer movie slate. While I love movies, I’m beginning to think the studios would rather cut their nose to spite their face. And for whatever reason, if that’s their plan? I’m ok with that.
LOTR is probably the best trilogy but Star Wars, Dark Knight (Nolan), Back to The Future and my pick is the Captain America trilogy inside Marvel.
If Inside Out 2 does well next week people at Disney and Pixar will breathe a HUGE sigh of relief
it will help, but what is "well" for Inside Out 2?
@@brandononbrand85 to 90 domestic and maybe 150-160 overall
Saw new Bad Boys movie last Friday. It was good, but not great. First two films are still the best. It didn't have much competition.
Leaving the theater, I felt I got overall better entertainment from Furiosa, Kingdom of the Planet of Apes, Monkey Man, and Dune 2.
I think Hollyweird just made action/comedies better back in the day.
Has WrongReel passed away?
Are you going to watch Kalki 2898AD big budget Indian Telugu language dystopian sci-fi movie releasing on 27th June?
Trailer is out today btw..you can check that out in case you haven't and have to say I was highly impressed overall.
best trilogy =. Back to the Future
Furiosa got pulled WAY TOO quick - wanted to see it in imax but it was replaced by bad boys and off to streaming I assume. That’s the problem now, not poor movies, studios are way too impatient and are too quick to pull movies from the theater - that’s the PROBLEM - full stop.
You missed the window. It was in IMAX for 2 weeks. That’s plenty of time.
Glad to see an R-rated big budget action comedy doing really well, even if it does have Will Smith in it.
