This time, we have a front view of the Tsukuba Express RAPID service from Akihabara to Tsukuba. This twice-per-hour service variant on the Tsukuba Express shaves off 12 minutes off a local 58-kilometer, 36-mile journey from 57 minutes down to just 45. The line is well known for its high speed action with trains reaching 130km/h or 80mph. Watch as trains whiz by platforms at breakneck speeds.
