This mod is both impressive and hilarious. Despite the model and model scale swap, the fact that the animations not only are compatible, but also look pretty good is amazing and very interesting. Of course, it's not perfect, looks kinda off (that's part of what makes it so funny). But I would have expected that the animations are incompatible, and that they would have "broken" the geometry to the point it would not be really usable.
