Ford Motors has been around for 120 years, and in many ways, it's still a family-owned company. In this video, I decided to trace its history from Herny Ford to today, where the fifth generation of Ford works for the company. Also, be sure to subscribe to my channel, as Im working on a few new documentaries, on Henry Ford the II, Enzo Ferrari, and Rolls-Royce that you don't want to miss!

    I had a 2000 F150 I sold with 196,000, an 03 expedition that I sold with 282,000 miles, an 09 Taurus that I sold with 343,000 miles.
I once bought a Camry, but it stayed in the shop and seemed lightweight to me

Awesome video as always, I have a 1996 Ford F150 with a 5.0L (302) Windsor V8 in it with 210,00 miles on it and a 2011 Ford F150 with a 5.0L Coyote V8 in it with 160,000 miles on it and both are still going strong.

Henry Ford III seems like the logical next choice. He is also the most senior male decandent of the original Henry ford

My biggest mistake was a 1970 Maverick with a 250 cu. In. straight 6, couldn't keep valve guides in the motor.

When we finally upgraded our shop in the early 1980. We would put silicone bronze guides in if the people could afford them. These lasted.

There are a number of errors in the narration. The Falcon was introduced for 1960, not 1957. And a car that turned Ford around after WWII was the "shoebox" 1949 Ford. Also the overhead valve V8, introduced in Ford cars for 1954.

Normally, the son of the founder will hurt or slow the company. The 3rd generation normally completely wrecks what the grandfather started. The 3rd generation has never known the struggles and sacrifices needed to build. Instead, they live on the gravy Grandpa and Dad created. Henry Ford, the Duece, was very unusual in that he grew Ford. Very amazing.

Bring back the Falcon. Australia made them for decades. The best car Ford made.ring back Australian manufacturing. We created the Ranger. Australia gets no recognition for our contribution to car manufacturing. We did a good job. And it’s all gone. Not fair.

I’m guessing the guy who denounced the Ford name is an ambarishment to the family.

Hank flourished without contestation because Henry was not around. Hank forgot that he was given the Ford leadership on the silver platter but refused to handover the baton. Selfish and self-centered man he was.

Where is it true that Henry gave the world the first V8 at that price point, he shunned innovation. I drove a 1937 Ford, the first car to have headlights in the fenders, but it still had cable brakes and an I beam front axal, way behind the competition.

The current Ford generation is spoiled and out of touch with sacrifices made before them by the former generation. Phase value comment

Henry Ford actually had 2 children. Why didn't you include the fact that Henry had a romantic affair with another much younger woman who worked at Ford Motor, got her pregnant and had a child out of wedlock. That baby's cradle is sitting next to Edsels baby cradle in the attic of Henry's mansion called "Fairlane" in Dearborn Michigan. 😮
