I love how quiet the battery cart is especially since we have it in RV park all year and can ride around all hours day or night and not disturb anyone

Hello I just picked up a 2009 club cart precedent that was fully flooded like your. Just like yours my batteries seem to be good but wiring is bad. Not sure how the motor is. Any suggestions or where to look for wiring harness?

There are some videos of how to check motor by straight jumping from one battery and the control box will definitely be bad so have to replace it ,can sometimes find used one or refurbishers on ebay. Also the OBC may be bad , I had to do alot of research to figure out the details ,definitely get lots of pics before disassembling any wires , I also fixed a club car 48v the same way flooded. But not the same wiring or controller as my ezgo

Also I had to check the forward/reverse sw and ignition switch with ohm meter luckily them and foot pedal potentiometer were good ,I bought used controller and thought I got screwed cause didn't work so sent to a refurbisher in Florida and said it was good so I went back to double check the motor(which was ok first time I checked) and a brush lead had cone undone inside motor so I fixed it and was good to go. Also I put new solenoid cause I went with 400amp controller

How much did you pay for the control and all those wires

I got really lucky and stay on marketplace and Ebay and found all of it for $175 and went by a store and paid more than I should have for a solenoid ($38)but wanted it going same day, it was driving but motor still had issues and will not come off differential for me to fix so I picked up another cart that wasn't flooded for $1500 and swapped whole rear with motor and beefed up my leaf springs and now she hauls butt luckily and smooth and quiet. If I can fix original motor ill sell the other cart and hopefully pay for all of it and have mine for free. Also I do boat upholstery so I made new seats wood and all. I should be posting another video on it soon
