One of the few significant videos where they don't bore you to death with mundane lectures. Rather, this video keeps it clear & concise with additional example demos. I've bookmarked this video for its importance across any job sector. Thanks for making this helpful piece.

Really great advice! I would also add that it's important to be very strategic in your research BEFORE your job interview. That way you can understand what the recruiter or a hiring manager is most interested in and choose only that information that is most relevant to the job. This is without a doubt one of the quickest ways of impressing the interviewer.

Ankit, I really liked this instructional video on Interview presentation, but I'd have to agree with some, that repeating your full name at the intro, when the hr DIRECTOR, OR Hiring Manager has your resume' in front of them, is a tad "overdone". That said, I liked your outline, but ONE MORE THING! Being over 40, and having had a few interviews under my belt, I wait for the Interviewer to ask me specific questions, rather than reading my full life story to them. Most American Intervewers like concise, well spoken, smiling, confident candidates. LOVED YOUR TAKE ON THIS SUBJECT. Cheers

"Interviewer like information being presented to them in the form of verbal presentation" - This sentence makes more sense than the explanation provided in other videos I have watched.

Great presentation, this was very helpful! I have just one quick suggestion, take it or leave it: You should edit your description so that it reads, "Have you ever wondered why, despite already having listed all the details about yourself in the resume..." That would make it correct English. Cheers and thanks again for making such a great and insightful video!

Thanks for a informative article, here are a few more tips on how to start up a cleaning business …
Determine what type of cleaning company you’re going to specialise in (residential, commercial or specialised?) Bear in mind your skills (are you prepared to clean every day or are you more suited to the administrative side of a cleaning company) and where there’s the best market opportunity in your desired area.
Research the market- researching the potential market and local demographic will be key in determining the type of cleaning company you should start. If you’re planning on running a domestic cleaning venture you’ll need to ensure that people in the local area are financially able to pay for someone else to do their domestic chores, likewise for a commercial business are there enough viable contracts to win? Market research will also be key in determining your prices (try posing as a prospective client and ringing around the local competition to ensure your pricing point is competitive).
Choose on your business model. From the outset it’s important to think about your long-term plans for your cleaning company. If you’re looking for a business that you can grow slowly and organically and that you can keep control of in the long-run then going it alone is probably sensible. However, to hit the ground running (and if you’re nervous about some of the elements of setting up a business) you could consider franchising. There are lots of franchises in the cleaning industry with average upfront costs of around ,000.
Budget appropriately for your equipment. Cleaning equipment costs can vary considerably. For domestic cleaners, more often than not the equipment is provided by the households, but if you’re thinking of launching a commercial cleaning company there’s some basic equipment you’ll need to invest in. It’s important that you ensure any outlays you have to spend on equipment will be counteracted in profits.
(I discovered these and why they work from Ayalisse clean biz site )

Bro..you Don't have to mention your weaknesses over the resume instead be prepared and keep in your mind since that,s very common question used by many interviewers

I recently come across a situation where interviewer asked me, "why you want to join , when you already have a family business?" Can you please help me with it !!

This is one of the answers you can respond to this question: Since I’m passionate about my skillset, I would like to be independent and I always think my skills should be utilised in a better way and in a larger scale. I feel confident that I will contribute to the company positively. Hence family business is my last interest.

TwentyThree lol No way I'd go into my family BS.. nor would there be enough time! Even on a good note, nobody wants to hear how great your kids are, if they do, they're lying & just being polite! 😁
