It's a single level Item, when taken lower your Max hp to 1% in exchange every stat is multipled by 2 (including all stat boost you get from late game (like speed instead of 12% boost you get 24%)
The maxHP decrease is affected by Kusogaki Shackles (or not cause it'll make it to easy (tho you do lose an item space and 3 level)

Yea, I have an uncle who unironically loves the juice, I tried it but I had to juice an equal part or more of carrot with it.
It's a pretty common ingredient in Indonesia. Some people don't like it but I've never seen anyone gagged because of it lol.

Imagine telling someone two years ago that nearly half of Holopro would be drinking one of the Holostars' drink that is simply called "Oga juice," isn't even good, and most importantly NOBODY IS ASKING THEM TO DRINK IT. Like, it's gone past any potential Hololive/Holostars taboo and straight into "why are you drinking the juice, stop drinking the juice, you aren't even live, no one's recording, PUT DOWN THE JUICE!!"
I once brought Djungervraler (Swedish salty licorice) to work, after hearing on a podcast that it was disgusting. It was. And yet any time someone brought them up, at least 2 or 3 people would try it, often including people who’d had them before but were sure they couldn’t be as bad as they remembered.

The worst juice I ever tasted was ginger pineapple juice. It's no exaggeration to say that drinking it was physically painful because it was like trying to eat an entire raw ginger root mixed with a tiny bit of admittedly high quality pineapple juice. I only got a very small bottle when I was out because I was thirsty but it took me several days to finish it because I could only stand to take one sip every few hours.
Thats not normal bitter melon. In my country they are call "wild bitter melon" because people usually use them as medicine not for food. Its triple the bitterness than normal bitter melon you use in cooking.
