The pause at 3:28 was intentional. Jacks rapping about death sitting on the bench dedicated to Robert Ware Streeter. Robert was a very athletic person, drove a nice car, grew up in Louisville, had red hair, and a big smile, and was loved by many. He died very young as he was hit and killed by a drunk driver. Had to do my internet research on that and found some other trivia about Cherokee Park and Louisville on Google Maps just doing satellite and street tours of the places Jack raps about and where he films his videos.

When our hands can't keep still
And if it's not Insta then it's emails
There's beauty in the details
So I'ma try my best to pay attention to 'em
Spend your day with this and it can get you through it
